5 stars**** was prompt, courteous and evaluated quickly , then actually had the part needed to fix my icemaker in an older refrigerator.Very pleased with his service.

5 starsI contacted them about a refrigerator repair, told them what I had troubleshooted already, and they were nice enough to say that is what they would have done had they come out, saving me a trip fee! They noted what would probably be next, and about what it might cost, which was very helpful. Will certainly call again if I need further work or help!AAA Home Services

1 starPaid $89 ( receipt says good for 30 days) to come look at my ice maker with only a drill and nothing to check the voltage of the wires. Said we needed a new ice maker. Came back to install new ice maker ($244) Still wasnt working so he said we needed new door. He took out the new ice maker and put back in the old one. Told him we were not buying a new door ($1389) but they failed to credit our **** the $244 for the ice maker he took back. After SEVERAL phone attempts finally only wants to give us back $109. Well the receipt does not breakdown that part of the $244 is for labor. We already paid $89 which is good for 30 days. They actually have the $89 scratched out on the receipt with the ice maker cost. How can they justify what was wrong with the ice maker with just a drill. Playing guessing games at my expense I guess. Although the guy that came to the house was friendly, I am very dissatisfied with their performance along with their customer service and care. Beware!!Review fromCarol H

5 stars****** has been my ******* technician twice. Both times he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did his job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after himself. 5 starsGreat job with diagnosing a ** washer and got parts under warranty. Service on a Monday after calling on Friday. After an examination ordered replacement motor and installed on Friday of the same week. **** was knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend AAA for appliances repairs.AAA Home Services
