I needed washer fixed in August 2025. I was told a part would need to be ordered. Due to the service charge being a little bit expensive i could not afford that i told him that i would call them when i got my finances in order in about a month of two. When the part came in i was told that the service charge had went up. The manager explained to me that the receipt stated that a thirty day warranty was on the service charge however no one explained that to me initially.

The tech said I needed a part for my refrigerator, part was installed and the refrigerator still didn't work. Tech left parts off of the refrigerator which we didn't know where they went. If the part is defective shouldn't it be replaced or refunded. Called to talk to a supervisor whom was suppose to return my call after looking into the matter. Never got a return call. Can't leave a message for the supervisor because their voicemail is full. Feel I have been cheated as a senior citizen. I might be old but I'm not stupid

See the attached file for full details. In summary, I am requesting a full refund due to the companys failure to fully disclose all relevant information, which ultimately influenced my decision as a customer. This caused significant inconvenience and led me to spend money I otherwise would not have, had I been fully informed from the beginning.

Had I been able to speak with his supervisor, I would have asked the following:
1. When I called the Parts Department the morning of the 19
th
, why did the guy ask for
my ticket number to avoid ordering a replacement part if one had already been
ordered? That is our process for ordering parts....
2. How did ***** claim to have the part on the 19th when ** stops processing next-day
orders after 1:00 p.m. ET, and I didnt even speak to him until 1:19 p.m. CT? I know
this cutoff time because I nearly ordered the part from ** myself. The earliest he
could have received it would have been the 20th. We did not order part from **, we ordered part from one of our suppliers.
3. ***** claimed he was going to send a technician to my home with the replacement
part, but I had already ordered mine. How would he have known I ordered a
replacement? The only person I told about my plan to order the part was the
technician. If the tech truly dropped off the ticket immediately after leaving my
house, why would ***** still order a part knowing I was placing my own order the
next day? The tech texted ***** the invoice and he ordered the part by 3pm .
4. If ***** intended to order the part and have it overnighted, why didnt he call me
back with an update and schedule an appointment? Any competent manager would- We do not call our customers unless we have the part at the store from the supplier....that's our policy. Sometimes we don't get the part delivered when its says its going to be delivered....

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: All they did was focus on the questions asked, which were just to point out managements dishonesty related to my complaint. The actual reasoning behind me requesting a refund was because all information regarding the initial repair was not fully disclosed to me. There was no acknowledgement of this in their response, nor did they attempt to offer any type of refund.

On Monday, July 28, 2025, AAA Home Services arrived at my home to service my ** washing machine which was overflowing into other rooms of the home. The technician *** ran te washing machine and at the time of his visit it did not overflow. The technician stated that the valve may be going bad but there was no way to tell since the model number and serial number was not present on the machine. The technician then showed me a picture he had taken of the soap and fabric softener dispenser where from use the manufacture printing had been washed away. I explained to the technician that the label for the model number would not be placed at the location and is usually found on the back of the unit. He refused to pull the unit out and asked if I had the manual. Yes somewhere but at the time I could not find it. I paid the technician $95 and he left. I went back to the washing machine and on the side of the machine was the model number and a QR code for any additional information he needed. I was very upset as the technician did not even try to locate the model number and was only interested in securing the $95. I contacted the office and voiced my concerns and was told to take a picture and send to them to order parts. I explained to the manager ***** ******, that someone need to come back out to make sure that that's what's really wrong with the unit. I explained that the service technician did nothing but run water in the tub. He never pulled out the machine to see if there was a issue with the hose or anything. I've used this company previously for other appliances and never experienced this kind of service. I will never use them again.

My father had a scheduled washer repair with AAA Home Services, who had previously serviced it under warranty. **No $95 fee was disclosed**not on their website, during scheduling, or in the confirmation call.When technician arrived, he demanded $95 upfront and told my elderly mother she would owe it even if no service was performed and that he would not leave until it was paid. This created a hostile and coercive atmosphere that deeply concerned my father and me. I have a recording of ******* aggressive tone during his call with my ********* father sent my brother-in-law to the home out of concern, and the technician demeanor immediately shifted to less aggressive once another man was presenta deeply troubling dynamic that suggests he acted differently when a woman was alone.He inspected the washer and said there was no issue, implying my father didnt understand modern machines. When asked why *** accepted the appointment despite past warranty service, the technician said, Its not my job to explain this to you. He also claimed a supervisor would callno one ever followed up.The invoice listed the visit as a warranty call, contradicting the $95 fee. If valid, the charge should have been clearly ************* father tried 3 times to escalate. He was routed to a full voicemail twice, and staff transferred him again without speaking. On the third call, he was told the *** had left for the day. No manager ever responded, even after contact info was *********** father also called the warranty provider to file the visit *********** still failed to respond.This experience was distressing, coercive, and unprofessional. **** staff require serious retraining, and this conduct does not reflect an A+ BBB rating.We request a formal response, a review of the technicians conduct, and clarification of where the $95 fee is disclosed on AAAs website or materials.

In 2019 my mom spent almost $5,000 on a new furnace from them, and purchased a warranty. Now she has a gas leak from a part that needs fixing, and they are saying they will not honor the warranty she paid for because they no longer service the area. I understand them not servicing new customers but I feel like its bad business to not honor the needs of their current customers. They did not even offer a refund on the money she spent on the warranty. She is currently in the house with no heat, and she is having a hard time having someone to come fix the issue.

In late March of 2024 we contacted ****** Brother's for a refrigerator ice machine repair. The refrigerator was still under warranty. *** was contacted to facilitate the repair. The repair man came out, and stated he was missing a small piece that would need to be ordered. Every time we call to get the status of the missing part, we just get told the part isn't in yet and we get hung up on. ****** Brother's and their parent warranty company have also tried to reach out to *** and cannot get any information either. It has been 10 months since we've had a working ice maker and we just want it fixed like we were told.

Following up on this service call, we received all of the parts except for one from the parts supplier....it was originally supposed to be delivered on 4/9 then it was moved to 5/31 with no *** and it was finally delivered in December 2024. Your 3rd party warranty company closed the claim in Sept. 2024 due to the age and availability of these parts for that unit. I would suggest contacting your 3rd party warranty company for this situation. We do not dictate their rules regarding their warranty. On November 7, 2024, *** from AAA Home Services came to our house to look at our toilet, which had been leaking. The charge for this visit was $97.85. He indicated that we needed a new toilet and that the cost for AAA to provide a new toilet the same size as the one that was leaking would be $925. On November 11, ****** and **** brought a new toilet and installed it. After they left we noticed that the length of the new toilet was 3" shorter than the one that was replaced. We thought that we could make do with this, but after a short time, we realized that the smaller toilet was not comfortable for us. My wife and i are both senior citizens with disabilities. When I called AAA Home Services they indicated that all they could do was repeat the process for another $1000+ price, and that the correct size toilet would be installed. We believe that AAA Home Services should install the correct size toilet promised, without the additional charges.

Residence has a defective refrigerator which has failed cooling, will not freeze, ice maker will not work. We have a contract opened with AAA on 2/20/23 The Silver Plan. The company can't fix the issue it's been almost 10 months of in/out service calls to include additional service calls. Customer had lost groceries going bad due to the constant issues reported. Customer doesn't understand why our maintenance issues aren't resolved and feels the *** should now replace the refrigerator immediately. **************** when extremely rude and refuses to provide her name to further report her to management.

I am a AAA Home services service club member. Originally called them on June 7, 2024 to cancel my membership. I was instructed to send e-mail to *************** to complete my request with reason. Followed up with the requested e-mail that day at 11:43am. Today is June 18th, 2024 and I have been billed another monthly fee for the service club. Called again at 11:30am, and person not available to assist. I resent original e-mail at that time. I called back at 1:45pm, and got confirmation that e-mail was received, and inquired about still getting billed. The lady was very rude and stated she was busy. Requested a refunded and to stop billing me for the monthly fee. By the way I was addressed on the phone, and e-mail ignored-I am assuming neither will occur.
