On July 10, 2025 I called Atlas Vehicle Protection customer service to cancel additional coverage (as I already have built into monthly plan). I spoke to **** with Atlas Vehicle and he was the worst, unprofessional person I've ever encountered. Rude, obstinate and condescending person. I was trying to explain why I was canceling my plan. However, **** was trying to tell me what I would be losing if I canceled and I be better off not to. As I tried to explain he told me if I would just think and listen to what he was saying. Things would make sense as he been in this business for over 10 years and know what he's talking about. After I told him I still want to cancel, he kept asking what my reasons? And as i was explaining again he told me not to over talk him and if I would listen to what he was saying. I'd see his way make sense to keep. Iwas place on hold for about 15min and when he came back I asked for a more professional manager. Erice said I was unprofessional and wouldn't listen to him. I again ask for manager...again put on hold?! **** got back on phone to tell me no managers available. I told **** I would hang up call back- **** out me on hold again. Once he got back on, Erice said since I was making mistake he transfer me to manager. After **** transferred me to **** the floor manager.. it was then that I was able get plan canceled(atleast put in motion). **** apologized and was more professional than **** and listen to why I canceled plan. As of July 21, 2025, cancelization ongoingBusiness Response

On July 2 2025, I became aware that my elderly mother had unknowingly signed up for this service. I attempted to call to cancel which turned into a long and drawn out ordeal. I spoke with **** who was very condescending and obstinate. It took over 20 minutes to get the policy canceled due to **** stating that he had to let us know what we'd be losing if we canceled. Despite repeated pleas to cancel **** continued to try to upsell and delay cancelation. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that he'd done everything we asked and that there was no manager available to speak to and that I was only prolonging the call. Due to the difficulty with ****, I requested proof of cancelation which **** claimed he could not provide.Business Response

A voicemail was left advising the policy has been cancelled and the consumer has been issued a full refund. All our calls are recorded for ****************** We did have the ** department review this call. It is the representatives job to get to the question why a customer wants to cancel coverage, especially when the coverage is so new and this was the 2nd time this consumer has purchased a vehicle service contract from us at *****. However, we do not condone rude or bullying behavior. I want to assure you this matter will be handled very proficiently. Please call the customer service department @ ************ and ask to speak with the Director of *************** ***** *****, she will help assist you with this account.

We have received suspicious mailings from Atlas Vehicle Protection addressed to my deceased father ******* ******* at our family address. ******* has been deceased for many years and has never owned the vehicle that they keep mailing us about to sell their vehicle protection. It is very suspicious that they send mail constantly to someone who has been deceased for so long. This is not a reputable company and they are trying to scam many people with their vehicle protection letters!Business Response

Unsolicited mail about extended warranty for a vehicle Ive never owned nor looked at in person or online. When I called to find out how they got my information and why they sent this to me, all I got was a smart a** answer and excuses. I said I didnt even know what that was and she said, Its a vehicle. Wow. I began to call her out on that smart a** comment and she kept talking over me. No answers just a promise to not contact me again. This was actually the second letter and I had already demanded to be removed from their list. Very dishonest and disrespectful.Business Response
