      This company has sent a postcard mailer and letter that looks like an official car insurance policy activation. It has all of my information which was never provided to them. I called the company to confirm it wasnt real they told me it was just to get me to sign up for a policy through them but I told them do not send me anything else I was not interested. 1 month later they send me an official looking letter with identification cards saying it is urgent and time sensitive, to call now. They do not list any information other than the small print at the bottom of the letter with their name. No return address no business information nothing except what looks like an official notice of coverage.

Based on the information provided, we were unable to locate a call record or interaction in our system for ****** ****. Also, it was confirmed we only sent one letter to your address. We do not send post cards and all our letters in clear legible print states THIS IS NOT CAR COLLISION INSURANCE.  Its evident the postcard was NOT from Atlas Vehicle Protection. Atlas does send marketing materials to inform consumers about optional vehicle service contract coverage, but we understand that not all recipients wish to receive these offers. We are committed to transparent communication and respectful service.  We have removed you from our mailing list and you will no longer be receiving any additional notices from our office. Please note that there are other companies in our industry that you might continue to receive notices from, but you can be rest assured that they are not from Atlas Vehicle Protection.       I keep getting letters that say I own a 2018 Chevrolet Bolt EV. They indicate I need to call IMMEDIATELY activate my coverage for unexpected repairs. They indicate my policy number is 1PM7526578248

      ************ continues to contact me regarding insurance policy that I have never had with them for a vehicle that I don't own. When I reached out to them to have myself removed from their mailing list the agent hung the phone up on me.

      The consumer stated he did not want us to contact him in the future. Normally when we get a BBB complaint, we contact the consumer. But to respect the consumers wishes we will communicate through the BBB complaint process. Besides, the information the customer provided in the complaint appears to be bogus (we only sent one letter and the customer never called in and spoke to anyone from our office.)  You will notice on the letter we sent you, it does state THIS IS NOT COLLISION INSURANCE. This is to ensure our consumers do not get confused
      Upon receiving your complaint and reviewing our records, we have taken immediate action to remove your contact information, associated with Approval Number 1PM7525807383, from our mailing list as of 10/1/2025. This ensures that you will no longer receive any further mail from OUR company.

      This company sent a fictitious letter attempting to scam me out of money on a fake car warranty. **** me that my warranty through my company was invalid. There was no ringer when i called, he just said a name.. he repeatedly ignored my question of who they were and why this was sent. He was unbelievably rude, AGGRESSIVELY pressuring me to give them my credit card and other info. When I said I would think about the "offer" and call back, he got RUDE and again aggressive. I've never had someone that is legitimate give me grief for asking them to hold for a minute or for voicing that I wanted to think about it and call back. Everything about this screams scam

      I have been trying to cancel this suppose vehicle protection plan and each time I call Im told to call different numbers and Im still stuck paying thiscontract! I called Atlas vehicle protection at ************. They told me I had to call ***** who actually take my money but they tell me I need to call Atlas Vehicle Protection. No one seems to be able to help me to cancel this and its been going on for about a month! I need it canceled effective immediately someone please help me

      I received a letter in the mail that is scam regarding activation of fake vehicle protection cards with a policy reference number 1PM8523908280

We provide legitimate vehicle service contracts, and the information used to send our mailings is publicly available through standard automotive records. Upon activation our clients receive a detailed booklet with explanation of the coverage, including two I.D. cards with our roadside and claims phone number. Our intent is never to cause alarm, but to inform vehicle owners about potential coverage options. That said, we respect your preferences and have removed your information from our mailing list to ensure you do not receive further communication from us.  As a result of the consumer complaint, our company placed the consumer on our internal "Do Not Mail" database to ensure that they do not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company.       Atlas vehicle protection tried to scam me for warranty on a car I don't have and never requested anything from them, the letter received made it sound official and urgent which triggered me to call they tried to get personal and private information without identifying the reason of my mail.

      I received a spam letter in the mail and it's stating the same kind of stuff in it as others are having. Stop sending me your BS flyers with a car I don't own on it to my house or I will contact my attorney on this matter. **** ********** trying to scam people into getting us to call and buy services. Get a better job

      I would like to stop receiving these time sensitive letters in the mail. I have called the number on the mailer to request to be removed from their mailing list and have been told they have no control over the letters.
