    We had siding installed by them and after taking 18 months to complete, pieces are falling off and other pieces already have cracks. The "warranty" is worthless as we waited for over 4 months for no one to show up with missing siding on the house so we contacted another company to repair it. The other company did some repairs and inspected it and we were told it was not installed properly with improper cuts and fastened improperly. I was shown and not just told. Worst business in *******!

    ******************************* the owner is supposed to be working out of his home. ******** out of Springfield, **. reported on TV 9/29/22 that this company is ripping off people. I signed a contract with Premiere Exterior Solutions on 8/25/22 and made a downpayment of $12,500.00 now I'm worried that I might not get the siding job done and loose my downpayment. I have only been able to deal with ***************************** a sales Rep for the company and he's being wishy-washy. He texted me 9/30/22 that he is behind on schedule because of an injury to a crew chief. On 10/5/22 he texted me stating he probably could start the siding job the 2nd week of December. I asked him about the news report and he stated "Ugh. Fake news. **** tried to sabotage us because they knew they were getting fired." I have asked **** for the owners contact info and he has not given it to me. **** does not have his voicemail setup and only responds to texts every now and then. I also asked for a receipt for the $12,500.00 downpayment and still have not received it either. I feel that I'm dealing with a shady company and just want to get out of the contract and get my money back. I was told by **** that this company is licensed and insured, but have noway of verifying if this is true.
