Bailey, filed charges against Richard Gillette for allegedly defrauding
consumers with his business, Premiere Exterior Solutions.Gillette has been charged with one count of Financial
Exploitation of an Elderly person, two counts of stealing and three counts of Deceptive
Business Practices.The charges allege that between August 2021 and
May 2022, Gillette promised to provide home renovations for consumers in
exchange for upfront payments. Once paid, Gillette
did not complete the work, provided inferior workmanship or did not complete
any work or deliver any materials to the consumers.This case is pending.
