Ordered a Weber barbeque grill cover on Sept 13th. 2021 from Grillstuff located in Joplin Mo.: Sent this e-mail on Sept. 18th; " This doesn’t look like the picture from your website. Your picture shows the cover is level at the bottom; with your cover fitting over the grill cover and flat across the table surface. This one looks like it was made for a totally flat surface and not for the raised part, i.e. the grill cover itself. The material doesn’t look the same. Was the wrong one sent? If so, am I expected to pay for the return postage. I’ve already paid $49.99." Sent another e-mail in Sept 21st; "Hi *******,I’ve decided to return the cover. I still believe this is the wrong part for my Weber BBQ." You have 30 day return policy; do I pay for postage? No response a/o Sept. 22; no phone# to call them; they show 2 different addresses,**** ******* **** ****** ******* ** ********** ****** **** *********** ** ****** Contact info: ******* *****, c*****@grillstuff.comCustomer response

I filed a complaint yesterday against Grillstuff/ ******* ***** about a Weber barbeque cover; company located in Joplin, Mo. having 2 different addresses; I don't have the case number, but we finally heard from the company today, so the issue has been resolved.
