"John Beal just put a roof on for me but we had some issues that came up more than after the contract was signed, first it took more than two months before they got to me and when they did this water and ice trim had to be done which was supposed to be code and it had to be done, but when my insurance company look into it found that it did not apply for my area but insisted they had to do it, so they substituted removing my gutter guards to cover this cost. this code should have mentioned at the beginning they waited more than 3 business days before they come up with this, now JB put the roof that i have on about 16yrs ago so i go back to them and this is what they do." ...
