    I ordered a controller on November 20th, 2024 and still have not received said controller. I have reached out five times since then for an update, with the last email requesting a refund. I received 2 automated messages with no follow up or information about when to expect my controller. At this point, I just want a refund. I am extremely disappointed that it had to come to me going to the BBB.

    Please help me with this Company. I ordered a controller from Controller Chaos for my Grandson for Christmas, you cant call them and email given and I used 20 times is now no longer available. It is now July and still no controller!

    I ordered a controller for my grandson for Christmas. They took the payment out of my account. It is Now July 3rd & no response after 20 emails with no response. I also tried to call only to directed to email as their phone lines was overloaded. I want my money back due to Poor Zero response and 7 months for an item I never receivef

    I ordered a controller from this company on March 1st, 2025. My order number is CC-4056. I have not received my order. I have emailed multiple times and they stated that it could take up to 8 weeks to receive. It is well beyond that. I have emailed about getting a refund and they have not responded to that.

    I bought a controller for my son on February 9th 2025. I received an email shortly after saying we will let you know when it ships. In March I sent my first email. Since then, Ive sent 5 more, Ive called 10 times and even left a voice message. I have yet to talk to a soul at Controller Chaos. Im not mad but.. Im dumbfounded about the lack of transparency. All I want is an update! Is the controller under construction? Possible shipping date? Any progress? Where is it? Listen, Im apart of a small business and I get it! Youre busy. That being said you need to update your customers. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    I ordered a video game controller on December 18, 2024 for the sum of ******. I emailed them multiple times asking about the status of the remote. They said due to the remote being a special order they could not give me a date of when it was expected. I tried calling them several times, and even though it said I was next in line no one ever answered the phone. Finally, on April 28th I demanded a refund. They accepted and said they added the funds to my **** credit card. I paid with Discover, and I still have not received a refund.

    There are two reasons I reject this response:

    1. The item refunded (something about a kitty) is not what I ordered. I ordered a customized Switch remote.

    2. I do not have a credit card that ends in 4114 or anything like it.

    I believe you may have incorrectly refunded someone else, but I have never received a refund.

    I placed an order with Controller Chaos on November 24, 2024 for a total of ****** but never received my product . I have not received shipping updates or status updates from the company about my order since purchasing. I contacted Controller Chaos via their customer support email (attached in screenshot below) asking for an estimated ship date for my product in January 2025, to which they replied nearly a month later in February 2025 stating that there is no update or even an *** on my product. Giving them several months time and patience, I again contacted Controller Chaos on May 13, 2025 requesting a full refund of my product given that I have not received the order and have not been given consistent communication by the company on the status of my product. Controller Chaos has not responded to this email. The order confirmation, payment confirmation and all communication by the company are attached below as screenshots.

    We placed an order for a custom Xbox controller in ************ for my sons birthday present. They have yet to ship the item. Ive reached out numerous times with very little to no responses at all with an update. The last request I sent was on 4/25/25 and havent received a response. The time before that was in March, no response. They responded in October/November saying the motherboard is on back order. Ive attempted to contact them in between November and March with no responses. If I cant get a response, it will be impossible to get a refund.

    Made a purchase for a custom controller in December 2024 and waited a couple weeks and then contacted them for an update on the order. I got an auto generated email saying they are low staffed and it could take 25 business days or more. I have contacted them twice since and I keep getting auto generated emails even after asking for a refund since its been much much longer then 25 business days. They will not correspond nor will they communicate a time frame. I just want a refund at this point since its been 5 months since I placed the order.

    I ordered a custom controller on September 6, 2024. At the time of purchase, the website FAQ displayed an estimated turnaround time of ***** business days. I did not receive any updates about my order within the estimated timeframe, so I emailed the company on October 2, 2024. Then again on October ******,when I did not get a reply. I was told turnaround times were delayed and I would get an email as soon as my controller shipped. After another month of no product and no reply to emails, I opened a case with the BBB. The company replied to the complaint and it was closed. Upon receiving notification that the complaint was closed, I reached out to the company again on December 26, 2024 and was told by email on January 8, 2025 that the controller would ship as soon as a backordered part was received by them in 2 weeks. Since that message, I have sent additional emails on March 10, 2025 and April 8, *************************************************************

The controller is complete except for the mods that was requested on the order which is the main hold up on the controller.     The seller replied to my complaint stating that a singular add-on was the reason for the delay. I agreed to have the add-on removed and refunded so the product could be shipped immediately. One month later, I have still not received this product or the partial refund. I would like this case reopened.

    Due to the holiday, I allowed additional time for the refund that the seller stated they issued on 7/1/25 to appear on my credit card account. As of today, 7/7/25, there is still no refund processing/received. I would like more definitive proof than the screenshot the company provided that a refund was issued to my original payment method. Their screenshot simply shows text stating a refund was issued, bur includes no banking/payment/account details to prove my money was returned to me.
