    This company is a total scam. They send a pink slip in the mail urging you to call and activate the plan. I thought this was something from the dealer/company that I bought the car from, but when I called to activate they ended up charging me a whole ton of money for 3 years. When I called to cancel, the customer service rep was literally berating me like a child trying to convince me not to cancel. In the end (after 10 minutes) I had to ask him directly if my plan was canceled. He said yes, and I had to hang up on him otherwise he would've kept going on and on about the terrible decision I was making. I am sending them a letter in writing to request cancellation and filing a dispute with my credit card company to make 100% sure that this scammer company cannot steal my money. Can't fool me twice.

    This company deserves 0 stars. All I want to do is cancel my contract. The first representative was so rude and arguing with me. And then put me on hold. I had to call back again, and spoke someone different. They are refusing to cancel my contract. 13 minutes on the phone the second time and all they do is talk in circles. I need to know why, no one from this company will cancel my plan.

    Business sent mail which is purposefully misleading implying the expiration or non activation of a pre existing maintenance contract. Thinking it was my dealer purchased warranty needing activated, I cooperated and called the number. A male responded claiming it was the vehicle service department, again thinking this was my dealer, I went through the transaction. I then realized that my dealer warranty is included in my monthly payment. When I called to cancel and admit my mistake, a male answered and proceeded to claim that as he is with account activations he cannot deactivate my account. He proceeded to state that he would transfer me, provided me a number to call, and stopped speaking. My call was dropped and I went to call the number provided. This number belonged to a local home inspector who stated that he has received multiple calls relating to car warranties and he has made efforts to cease the use of his (20 year old) brands number without his knowledge. I then called again and was left on hold for 23 minutes. I proceeded to call the home inspector and let him know of my intent to pursue further action and to obtain consent to use our conversation and let it be known that his number is being used fraudulently. I did the same for him. I called again and got an answer. This time a male, who provided his name, answered. I made it known that I was not to resume their services. He persisted on attempting to make me keep the deal, even offering employee pricing he began breathing heavily when I mentioned my intent on reporting to the *** and pursuing further action. An amount of $288 was refunded to me to match the existing charge of $288, the transactions are both still pending on my credit account. The *** purposely uses intimidation, misleading, claims to be associated with dealers, then proceeds to claim dealers are competitors. Theres no honesty, and they only fold when legal action is presented. Refund transaction is from a maverick bank card acct.

    I called to cancel a service because it was too expensive and I already had coverage through my dealership. The man I spoke with was incredibly rude and refused to listen and was yelling at me during the call. The man tried really hard to force into keeping their services and even belittled me because I said it was too expensive.

    HORRIBLE company to deal with. I called to cancel before the policy was activated and was on the phone for over 30 minutes while ******* kept iarguing with me about canceling. He was hard core trying to make me keep the policy. Do NOT deal with this Company. I consider them deceptive and totally unhelpful.

    I am very disappointed, the man I spoke to lead me to believe that for 6 years of coverage it would be the amount I paid, so I paid it for my bumper to bumper coverage on my vehicle turns out it is a monthly amount!!!.

    This is a scam. I am attempting to cancel my policy (Im within the 30 day period where I was promised I could cancel) m but cant get anyone on the phone. Just a bunch of offers and automated messages!!

    DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I have filed a report online with the ************************ and if you find yourself in this situation, I strongly encourage you to file your own report as well. Below is what I wrote in the report:I received a notice in the mail appearing to be from ****** stating it was a final notice that I have not activated my vehicle service contract and needed to call immediately to avoid expiration of the service contract. I contacted the number on the notice and the person who answered explained that I needed to activate my service contract, since the one from ****** did not cover "bumper to bumper protection" and expensive repairs such as electricals. The person stated that I would have a six year coverage plan that would just require a $100 deductible payment at the time of repair and a $240 deposit. He specifically stated deposit, not monthly payment. When I authorized the payment through my credit card, I noticed the company was in fact named "Nationwide Assistance." I continued to question the coverage plan but eventually proceeded with payment. Afterward, I searched for information online regarding the company and found very little information other than a GoDaddy powered website and multiple complaints on BBB. I then called the provided **************** number and asked to cancel the service agreement. The woman then proceeded to give me a very hard time. She tried to appease me by reducing the monthly payment of $240 for 18 months to $78.33 for 36 months. When I explained that there was no mention of monthly $240 payments, just the one-time deposit, she was extremely demeaning. When I kept requesting to cancel the policy, she was very rude and kept stating that I was not understanding what she was trying to explain. I argued for 15 minutes until she finally agreed to reverse the credit card charge. I verified that the credit card charge was reversed and ended the call. I called my bank to stop any future charges from the company.

    I called yesterday for a refund and still have yet to get my money back. All i want is my money back. Dont trust this company at all. Its a scam. Dont work with this company whatsoever theyre hella sketchy. Definitely regret it. I want my money back.

    I called in off a notice I received and spoke with ****. She was very helpful with explaining the plan for my vehicle. I bought back in Feb 2023 and filed a claim for my fuel pump 3 weeks ago. Everything was really easy and I am happy that I paid just my deductible. The claims process was easy too. I am happy I bought.
