Not dependable. We pay on time. They don’t pick up on time going on week 3 no pick up. Won’t answer or return our 6 phone calls, 1 text and 1 email. If there is a dusting of snow they won’t pick up. Trash truck breaks down a lot. Very Disappointing company R Warner

Hello sorry that you are unhappy with the service. We picked up the last 2 weeks same driver and he stated that he knows this road as there is only 2 people on here that have are service never once got a email from customer and only one voicemail that was left yesterday and i am not sure who they are texting but of phones in the office are desk phones there is not a texting feature on them. And we do run when there is show on the ground but when my trucks are sliding and cant stop i am not going to loose an employee over something i can control and we have one trash truck that is why we ask all trash to be bagged as we do run trucks and trailer also.Review fromRick A

Not reliable; lately trash pickup goes a day late and this last week it was never picked up. Have emailed twice through their customer portal on Saturday, and again today on Monday, absolutely no response. We never get any communication regarding late or missed service; we are ignored. Their website states they are reliable, but since starting service with them there have been many days that service was picked up a day late and several weeks that trash has never been picked up. On weeks that trash is not picked up J&S refuses to provide any credit.J&S Trash Collection Service, LLC

Hello i am sorry that you feel we are not reliable. We did not take off memorial day that is stated in the welcome letter that was sent to you on 9/14/2022 and it states in there the holidays we take off and memorial day is not on there also we was there on Friday the route day and there was no trash out for us to pick up.
