    Trashcan was broken during trash pickup. And I would like a replacement.

    Hello we can replace the trash can with a replacement but i want to let the customer know that after this replacement if they still wish to use there trash can and not one we can provide them then if anything happenes to it again we are not responsible for anything that happens to it. Thanks

    You did email and cancel service so we did cancel it on our end and there was a refund issued as you told me last night in the email you seen where i gave you the refund and as i told you before i need proof that we broke it i dont have it still. I dont know why you are saying i called you a liar i never said you are a liar i asked for proof of us breaking a can and you dont want to show me that we broke it so i am not going to give you a can if you can not show me on of the guys breaking your can if you can show me that then i will have no problem replacing a can we broke but i am not here to give out free trash can that is why we have them for rent so if something does happen to them we can replace them for free. Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: ******** I replied to your message way earlier in the day before I emailed you back. You stated in your email to me that “it looks like they were trying to dump your trash” stating that implies that yes, you guys did break my trashcan. I have had services with you guys for quite some time now and I have never said my trashcan was broken but randomly made up this lie that it is broken? You saying that your throwers said it was broken the whole time is called lying. You refunded my money because I told you to do it and cancel my service. You suck at your job. You’re a crappy business owner. And you break people’s things and can’t take accountability for your actions. I have already contacted city hall about your business. You don’t want to replace a trashcan you broke that is fine, don’t. But I will be documenting everything, every encounter we have had. You can be rude all you want that’s fine, that will only get you so far in running a business. Next time just take accountability and replace the trashcan. Have a nice day. Do not contact me again. 


    p.s. for Bbb the issue was not resolved I made the company cancel my services and refund the remaining amount of my money, the trashcan was not replaced, I have emails of her stating “it looks like they were trying to dump your trashcan” taking accountability but then offering for me to rent one of their trash cans. If I had to guess, they broke my trashcan on purpose then wanted me to rent one so they could make more money. I have seen the way this company treats people and they should not be in business. This is coming from a person who would give the shirt off my back to my worst enemy. Take it how you want but this place is very unprofessional and play on people’s needs to benefit themselves.

    This Trash Company, my complaint is this, i printed out my bills, i don't owe nothing, they want an reconnect fee because I don't have time to call or when i did call in the past nobody answers the phone. To have them repick up my trash. This company is now saying I have to pay reconnect fee of $137 If you want to sign back up we can do that we would have to have $137.00 to restart this is the past due balance, a reconnection fee and then a Quarter in advance fee. The problem started when I did get ahold of someone finally in the office told them my service hasn't been pickup, there reason, past due amount. This company is rude, now, my bank recorders show no past due, they got angry with me debating the past due amount, so I said I am not paying my recorders show no past due. They stop my trash service, anyway they can say whatever they want to say, not going to argue with this company they are right and I am wrong. They also said this from my last phone call in their own words, so they keep notes but not good enough.... (There words) "When you called in september you stated that you was paying for service somewhere else and it was cheaper so you might want to stick with them as our fees are the same as they were when you called. As I mention not going to argue, my old trash service stop in my area, they said until you pay your service is cancel. Try to be nice but I am not a customer whom is suppose to be right good customer service, either I pay or no service. I try to use I file compliant with there city counsel, not happing, tried saying file civil suit, this company has stated I owe them. I have have to upload documents later

    Hello we stopped service on the account on June 12th of 23 due to non payment For the month of may 28th to June 28th we did try to reach out to the customer on 6/02/2023 we sent an email to the customer stating we needed to have payment in the office by 6/07/2023 to avoid service interruption that did not happen that is why the account was closed and the 25.00 dollar reconnection fee and then we make everyone that is cancelled due a quarterly in advance payment so that bring the total to 137.00 that is what was needed to start his service back up. He called in the office in September and stated that if we wanted the money he owed we needed to take off the reconnection fee we told him we dont do that because it take time to restart the account. Then the customer stated that he was paying half of what he was for service elsewhere and he was going to stick with them and then we did not hear from this customer until February and he was VERY RUDE. This account was remain closed until the 137.00 is collected for the past due balance reconnection fee and there is a quarter in advance. Thanks

    What do you expect from a trash service company that will not send a invoice for the the whole time I had service with them, they are cheating their customers left and right from what I can see on Facebook, all the complaints folks are having with this TRASH Company, folks not getting their trash collected on time, billing issues, I have my records with my bank, how can a customer be rude asking for a full billing service invoice from them...  Thank you kindly
