    Very poor service. Went through various reasons of why the service was being delayed. There were problems after the service had been completed, that were not there before hand. There is new a problem with the vehicle after I was informed that the vehicle was ready. This problem is the "air bag restraint system" light on the dash board. The "air bag restraint light" was never illuminated before I brought the vehicle in to have it serviced. I had the defrost solenoid replaced along with the maintenance of the transmission inspected and fixed. This vehicle is a
    2006 Lincoln LS and is equipped with a maintenance free transmission. It has 90500 miles. This service took me for a spin when I discovered a large grove at the top right side of the steering wheel into the wooden finish. This was enough for me to get the service person with the name of "***" to come take a look. I must say that before the discovery of the damaged steering wheel there was also the right rear blinker that had been broken when I was about to drive it away. "***" told me it would cost $7-$10 to replace the blinker light and I agreed to those terms. When I was told it was ready to go. That's when I drove it from the service department made a turn and felt the damage on the steering wheel wooden finish. I took the vehicle back around and parked it in the service department. Walked inside to get "***". I asked him to come out and take a look at something. I showed "***" the damage. He didn't say anything. I then said "I'm not going to prefer anybody I know or anybody ever to come here for auto service ever. I told "***" that I just wanted him to know why this place will not be in business much longer.
