5 starsAfter reviewing 4 separate agencies, I settled on United Medicare Advisors, based on the agent, *******************, who did "make it simple", compared to the other agencies I interviewed. Medicare was such a difficult and complex topic for me, so it was a relief to have **** guide me through the process.

1 starI received in the mail a solicitation from them. Along with my name and address is "Eligibility year confirmed" with my birth year, for anyone to see. Why they feel it's necessary to put that information on the front of the envelope is inexcusable. If they are that careless with my personal information, then they are not a company I would do business with.United Medicare Advisors

5 starsUMA was EXTREMELY helpful! They helped my wife and I navigate through the maze of Medicare. When they called this year to follow-up on our supplement plan, they found another carrier that saved us close to $100 a month! LOVE these guys!!United Medicare Advisors

1 star0 stars. After telling them that I do not need their services they continue to call me and their representative was rude, disrespectful and continued to harass me over putting my personal information in their online site if I wasnt going to use their services. Why would I trust such an immature uncaring mean person with part of my healthcare decisions?!?!United Medicare Advisors
