They refunded my $75. But are unable to tell me why I only recieved $731.50 out of the $850 back. Only thing they have said was a $29.99 fee for the credit card. But cannot give me any other information, probably lost money..
The 3 people I talked to are the same three I talk to every time. I don't think there is anyone else that works at that company.
Never was reported on my credit report either.

I emailed them to cancel my loan with them which it hasn’t been 4 payments. Therefore I haven’t received any funds from them. The company says I can’t cancel with them until I pay the 82 for my December payment. Why do I owe you when i have not received loan amount from company? I need this loan canceled especially since there is no upfront loan money exchange. Not a good decision to do business with this company.Business Response

I canceled service with Boost Your Score on October 6th and was advised I would receive my refund within 60 days. As of today I still haven't and have been emailing them daily. The amount is $342.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: WHO ARE YOU LYING TO? The account was closed back in SEPTEMBER. You STILL have not give me $389 of my money. The manager ***** has no answer as to why. I have called over 10 times. Please don’t lie and give me the rest of my money back. Thanks

**** ******never got the deposit” they finally cut me a check for somewhere around $250 of the 680 they owe me. It’s now the new year and when I call I get the same lame excuses of not knowing why I haven’t gotten the other 390. They can’t even outright communicate with the department in charge of checks. They have to send an “email” and never get a direct response. The business plan sounds great but the accountability and customer service is a big fat ZERO. Don’t fall for it. Trying to fix your credit and “save money” has turned into a nightmare. My kids had a terrible Christmas even though I thought I was planning ahead while having a brutal year in all.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not understand how it is taking over a month past what was promised of the refund. I was promised the refund in 60 days (which would have been on November 6). It is now December 13, and I still have not received a refund yet. I understand there is showing a refund due to me, but why is it taking this long to refund me the money? I contacted Boost your score November 29, and they have not fulfilled their promise yet. Also, I understand that they say the refund will be minus fees and interest, but if I were to be considered a bill and it is 30 plus days past due from when they promised the refund, I believe I am now owed my full $82 which is what I originally paid. This business is a scam and is holding out on paying this refund.
sterday. I called today and they told me I would not get the full refund but a portion of it which is less interest. At this point, the way I am seeing it, they owe me the interest on the money I paid them that they said I could get refunded. They don’t seem to be in a rush to refund me my money but say they are working on it. I don’t understand how it takes this long to see my bank statement and see that I didn’t get my refund. They can’t tell me how long it will take for me to get my refund. I paid $82 and they said I would get $50 something back.

I agreed to the resolution, because it’s honestly all I’ve been asking for this whole time. However, boost said that they would be processing the refund to my account on December 3, and absolutely nothing has gone through and it is now, Dec 9th. I have included screenshots from my bank app of all the transactions from Dec 3-Present.e employees I’ve spoken to. My last communication with them was on November 22. I received an email after having sent my bank statement information and told that again my issue would be passed on. I Have yet to receive a refund, despite it having been far more than 60 days.Business Response

I discovered that I was a victim identity theft with Boost Your Score in June 2024. I enlisted the services of LifeLock to assist me in getting this resolved. We have made numerous calls to Boost Your Score since then, and have sent out supporting documents 3 times. The first of which, tracking number **** **** **** **** **** **, was delivered 7/16/24. After the result of multiple calls, it has become clear that there is no one at this company that can provide any assistance whatsoever to resolve this identity theft situation. For months, every time we have tried to escalate to speak with the supervisor in charge, Jule, he has told us that there is nothing he can do aside from sending an email requesting an update from his superiors. Nothing has been communicated to us. I need this resolved.
