    I was told it was a loan come to find it was a credit card. I never received the credit card innthe mail. They told me i missed the deadline to activatebthe credit card. When I called they said they will refund my money, its been over 6 months and im still waiting. I paid my full agreement which was $850 plus $134.

    I never recieved a secured credit card from Boost your Score. I paid $89 monthly payments for a year, never received a secured credit card. I want a refund of my hard working money $850 plus the $134.

    I closed my credit card account with Boost Your Score February 6, 2025 and received a partial refund of 107.40 that day for the amount in my savings with 370.00 remaining to be refunded. I was informed that the full amount in my savings would be refunded within 60 days. I still haven't received the remaining refund amount and we are at more than 120 days. I have called customer service several times and been told that it was "noted" and that was all that customer service could do. I sent an email regarding this matter on May 28, 2025 with no response. This lack of response and customer service to address the issue in an expedited manner is unacceptable. I will recommend to anyone to stay away from this business.

    I opened an account last year with this company and started making payments. I was told a card was mailed to me. I never received it. Since I didn’t receive the card and “activate” the account, I was forced to close the account so I can receive my money. I was told it was 60 days from closing I could have my money back. I closed in march and we are now in June and I still haven’t received my refund. I have made several calls and get the same response each time. I’m tired of waiting and I hate that this scam is a common thing. I’m a young mom of three and out almost $600.

    Took out a credit building loan and never activated the card when I had fully paid and was wanting to use the card it had gone pass the activation time. They informed me they could not issue a new card. I emailed asking my options and they never replied back. After several emails and over 90 days after the mature date it Noone ever reached back out to me or replied when I asked if my only option was to close my account.

    I never ordered this service. When money started coming out of my account I called them to cancel this account. They kept money for 4 months even after calling them to stop. Finally my bank called them while I was on the line and on April 21St the account was closed and we advised that a refund would be issued in the amount of $138.00 and they would put a rush on it. I called on 5/12/2025 to find out what was happening and was told that they do not put a rush on accounts for refunds and whoever told me that lied. I do not have a loan with them nor do I have a credit card with them.

    I had an account with boost your score that I closed on Dec. 17, 2024 and was told that I would receive a complete refund I put into this account totaling $692. They told me it would take 60 days to receive full refund. I received $300 from them on Feb. 17. I have yet to receive the other $392. I have been calling a few times a week since then and they keep telling that it’ll be any day now until I receive it. This has been going on for 2 months now. I ask to speak to manager and they say they are not allowed to give out that information. I am out of answers on how to get my money back and need help.

    I have been paying 82$ each month for the past 12 months (05/08/2024, 06/05/2024, 07/03/2024, 07/31/2024, 08/28/2024, 09/25/2024, 10/23/2024, 11/20/2024, 12/18/2024, 01/15/2025, 02/12/2025, 03/12/2025) while under the impression that this would help my credit score, and I would receive 850$ at the end of the time. Why did I think this? Because in the begin I called and spoke to one of their workers on the phone who said that is how it works. During the time of making payments, I received a credit card, which I received multiple call from the company to activate my new card (showing me that they do have people able to answer the phone). Well, after I finished my payment (without ever paying a late fee), I have not received the money nor has my credit score gone up. I started to do some research on the company and found that I was not the only one this has happened to. As I type this, I have been trying to call the 24-hour support in the form of two phone calls, first time a 47-minute call, the second (as I write this) is still going on for 2 hours both with no answers. All I want is to be able to get my money that was promised of 850$ in Amount allocated to me in the Security Deposit Account. Which is stated one the first page of -d. No Withdrawals from Security Deposit Account, I quote "The funds held in the Security Deposit Account for your benefit serve as the collateral for your loan under this Agreement. Such funds may not be used to secure any other loans or credit obligations. You understand and agree that you may not withdraw such funds or exercise any other rights over the Security Deposit Account, or the funds held in the Security Deposit Account for your benefit until your obligations under this Agreement have been fully paid." The key words "until your obligations under this Agreement have been fully paid". Well, my Payment is now fully paid and I'm unable to get an answer on the phone. I feel the only way to receive my money is to go through the BBB.

    I’ve been trying to close my account with this business because a lot reviews seem to make this company out to be a scam but I can’t never get anybody on the phone and I’ve constantly called being put on hold for an hour at a time. I was told my account was closed but it has not been closed and I just want to be done with this company altogether

    I took out a credit boosting loan and finished making all the payments on 11/14/24. I could never activate the credit card because my information was obviously compromised. They had a totally incorrect phone number and email address
    I notified someone at the company on 11/20/24 to cancel the credit card and I would like to have the funds returned to my bank account. I was told that it would take 60 days. And the funds have not been returned as of 2/6/25. Every time I call, they say it is in process or they the date out further that I should receive the funds

    Still have not got my $850 refund. Also was charged $75 as a payment for my bill when my account was closed and they are saying it was refunded and bounced back and it never did. no one can tell me when i will get my money... this credit loan never even helped my score let alone reported it to the credit scores companies. Extremely unhappy that I am down $925 with absolutely no refund. This company should be shut down.

    They refunded my $75. But are unable to tell me why I only recieved $731.50 out of the $850 back. Only thing they have said was a $29.99 fee for the credit card. But cannot give me any other information, probably lost money.. 

     

    The 3 people I talked to are the same three I talk to every time. I don't think there is anyone else that works at that company. 

     

    Never was reported on my credit report either.
