      Took vehicle in to have transmission diagnosed. They proceed to tell me my transmission is at the end of his life and I need a new one. Want to connect me to the finance department to sell me a $5000 transmission because according to them, it was at the end of his life. They come to this conclusion after two days of having my car without even checking the first thing you should anybody should check. Didn’t even check the transmission fluid level wrote up some bogus codes and told me it was at the end of his life and they didn’t check the fluid level Turned out it wasn’t the transmission causing my problems at all. It was a cut wire in the wiring harness. Try to sell me a $5000 transmission because mine was at the end it was life and they didn’t check the level of the fluid and the transmission was not even the problem they just wanted to sell a $5000 transmission how many other people have a scammed like this

After our technician started the Certi-Care evaluation on your 2014 Fusion it was determined that your vehicle had a transmission concern. Now with that being said, we needed to do some more testing to determine what was causing your concern.  We had planned to finish the evaluation the next morning.  Your wife showed up first thing wanting the vehicle back.  Since we could not finish our evaluation, we did not charge you for anything we had done to this point. We are glad to hear you were able to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road again. ***** ******* - Store Manager

      I am rejecting this response because: they had my vehicle for 3 days and tried selling me a $5000 transmission. Wanted to transfer me to the finance department. That response sounds so good but my question is…. How are you gonna have me buy a new transmission if you planned to look into the problem more to determine the actual problem  that doesn’t even make sense.  You can tell people what they want to hear all day long. But the truth is you wanted me to purchase a new transmission  and couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it. Couldn’t even check the fluid!!!!  No not accepted  curious to how many others they conned into buying a new transmission when they didn’t need to!  Regards,

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like to see them take accountability for their fraudulent deceiving business practices. They tried to charge me at first until I wouldn’t accept a diagnosis of… it’s at the end of its life cycle. So again. That sounds great but saying you didn’t charge me because you didn’t work on the car is fallacy. Initially they did try to charge me. As well as connect me immediately to the finance department to purchase a new transmission. The inability of them to own up to the scan they tried pulling on me only begs the question. How many times have they done this without having to worry about consequences. Maybe an investigation into their business practices is necessary

      We did nothing wrong and we never told needed a transmission he asked for a price of one. We never gave him estimate that he needs a transmission as we never finished diagnosing it. I am done and not going keep wasting people time here. We never charge a penny. Again we did nothing wrong and he's entitled to his opinion and looks like we beg to differ. I consider this final answer and we are done.
