    Done Rite was hired for a roof repair. A few shingles blew off in a storm. The work was completed at night the first week of Dec. May of 2023 I contacted ***** the owner to come back for repairs. The roof was not done correctly. Its very clear the person completing the work didn't know what he was doing. ***** apologized and said he would fix it. I accepted the apology and aggreged to schedule. June 1st I contacted ***** again, No one has dropped any materials off. ***** response was that the delivery service couldn't deliver in the rain. The materials will be delivered the next day. The materials still haven't showed up, I contact ***** again asking what is happening. No response. I contacted ***** June 10th asking for communication. His wife and co-owner/ office manager ************************* has blocked communication. I would like my roof to be repaired or my money back. This isn't how business is conducted
