    Nov 29th 2022 I paid $3,000 to ***** *** ***** ******* the owners of this company for roof repair. They started the work and was completed around the beginning of Dec 2022. ***** wrote the contract, took payment and produced my invoice. ***** took before and after photos on her phone. The roof was completed at night. ***** showed me on his phone pictures he took for the repair. The photos looked fine nothing unusual. The end of May 2023 I let ***** know the repairs made to the roof were subpar. I sent pic text to *****. May 25th ***** text me that we could come tear the hip off and re-roof it. He apologized. He said he was upset that a friend he had hired would do this. ***** called me to let me know he was having the material dropped off at my house. On Jun 1st I texted ***** that no one has dropped anything off, I asked for an ETA. ***** text back that the company called to reschedule due to the rain and would be delivered the next day. June 9th I texted ***** again, I asked what was going on. no response. June 10th I texted ***** again asking for communication. I believe this company is a scam. I think they take your money and leave you with a bigger mess. I found out ***** has pending charges for stealing and Financial Exploitation of an Elder/disabled person.
