"1 Source llc was dispatched to my home as a second opinion for my air conditioner unit by ***, when he looked at the unit he began making comments about the furnace, the rust on the duct work and how the duct was connected wrong to the evaporator coil and the water leaking from the evaporator coil which was great that's why I called AHS, I advised 1 Source llc, I already purchased a new furnace and I do need duct work installed correctly to my evaporator coil which is all covered with my plan, I advised him I'm not going to have the furnace installed without replacing the evaporator coil first otherwise water will leak into my new furnace. He advised me he would write it up and turn in what he observed, after 3 days went by and I did not hear from 1 Source llc, I call *** and they advised me contractors has 48hrs to turn in their report *** put me hold while they attempted to contact 1 Source llc, which was to no avail." ...
