    I went to get get an oil change and an alignment on 2/08/2023. I was there from 11:30 am- 3pm. I was told my car was finished around 1:30pm and that they were test driving my car before they release it. I was asked by the manager if I had trouble starting my car. I told him no. I never had problems. Then he told me that my car wont start and they were having trouble. Told me it stopped in the street while test driving and had to push it into the lot of Waffle House. Asked if I had a ride because they were waiting on a two truck. I told him I dont have a ride and Im staying. I called my grandpa and told him what happened. He told Me that they did something wrong and locked my engine. My grandpa talked to the manager r and let him know he was on his way. Once my car was let down off the tow truck my grandpa was pulling up on the parking lot. I was recording and got him saying my engine sounds like its messed up. My grandpa checked my oil and the manager checked my motor. It was locked. The manager took us inside and told us that the man that worked on my car locked my motor up because he didnt put any oil in it until after he locked my motor. If my grandpa was not there. They would of did nothing. I was told they would replace my engine, but I dont trust them because they would of did nothing if my grandpa did not demand that they fix it.

    I had a cold air intake place on my truck and wsmt installed correctly i gave them a call they place me on hold and never called back
