    This company lied to me, then refused to look into it when I called them on it. I contacted them prior to moving and they claimed they would cancel my current ADT account and then sell me a new policy for my new place. Then when I chose not to continue with ADT they didn't cancel my current policy like promised. This led to ADT being continued on the old property without my knowledge and two more bills being charged. I called *** who said they never received a cancellation notice and to call this dealer. When I called this dealer they were rude and unhelpful. They claimed "well you didn't buy from us so why would you think that we would do something for you". They refused to look into it further. The agent I originally spoke to promised me on the phone that it would be canceled, with no "caveat" of "if you purchase". Also note, *** says they can in no way back up claims made by a dealer and then tried to sell me a new plan at half the price this so called "dealer" gave me. So cut the c*** and go straight to ADT. Never buy from this dealer.

The customer requested to cancel the appointment and not install the new security services.     Very nice installation tech. Answered all questions and reviewed system with **** had to change 1st installation appt and they were very nice about it. Have had ADT before so should be very happy.

    The salesman knew his equipment, when i explained what i was looking for and wanted. The technician went above and beyond during installation, he helped with other things which he did not have to help me with during installation.
