    Everything went through very efficiently and professionally. The installation service professional arrived right on time, he installed the whole system professionally and efficiently. When he was done he reiterated what he had told me how the system worked and how the remotes and inside key pad worked.. He was very patient and detailed with me, as (I had told him when he first came that I was computer illiterate and meant it) by the time he left I felt very comfortable with the workings of the system. I was not afraid of it like I was when I first encountered it. It has run very well since it was installed. I am very pleased with the system, the company and the service I have received and am very happy with the all that goes with it. The peace of mind that I have now is worth every ***** I have spent.

    An *** agent quickly contacted us in a very professional an efficient manner. The situation was resolved on the spot. The communication was very helpful and easy to understand the steps we needed to take. She was very patient and waited for me to find all the tools I needed to resolve the situation.

    The insulation by **** and ***** was very professional and quick. They explained everything every step of the way. The only issue I have was that when I was first told about the installation, the salesperson said that I should go with the motion detectors instead of window sensors and when **** and ***** came out they talked about the window sensors instead of the motion detector and I installed the window sensors. This in turn led me to a quote for service that was higher than I expected. I was comfortable with the window sensors because that's what I was expecting in the long run for myself but it was misleading as far as the salesperson. Telling me one thing and then hearing another thing from **** and *****. Overall though I am very satisfied as far as the system that I have set up
