  If I could reward them with ZERO stars I would.Called to solicit our business claiming to be working with our home inspector. **** ******* called me and I told him I was not interested. A week later he called me again. I reminded him that I said I was not interested, he told me that my wife told him to call me back. That was lie number 1. I told him she most certainly did not, and that he should not call again. He told me I would be put on the do not call list.30 seconds later my wife's phone rang and **** told her "Your husband was busy and could not talk and he asked me to call you"Lie number 2 My wife and I share an office and were in the room together.I called **** back and asked who his boss was, he told me ****** was his boss and the Owner of Secure 24.Lying again...When he could not transfer me he hung up on me.Called the main number and some other *** told me that there are many ******* that work there, and could not give me a last name of the one that was ****** boss. Could not transfer me, and had no direct phone number to contact this "******"

  We closed on a new home in January 2025. Before closing, HomeGauge Connects was supposed to set up utilities and services. They sold us an ADT security package, installed by Secure24 Alarm. The installer couldn't complete the setup because we didn't have WiFi, which no one reminded us to arrange. This lack of communication and poor service continued. The installer pushed us to upgrade the security package, costing an extra $600. He left without explaining how to use the system. Our home came with a Ring Pro doorbell, but we had to use a ****** doorbell for the package. Both HomeGauge and Secure24 assured us it would work hardwired. Initially, it did, but later we found it wasn't functioning. After troubleshooting with ADT, we were referred back to Secure24, who required us to be home for assistance. Due to my work schedule, I finally took a day off, only to be told by ****** that it was day 89 of our 90-day service window and not their problem. He ended our call by hanging up on me after saying his supervisor would return my call in ***** hours. I've never heard from them since. We're now resolving the issue directly with ADT. We were sold a product being told specifically it would work hardwired, and to date that contract has not been fulfilled by the seller.

  Our tech ***** was absolutely incredible. He made the whole process swift, easy, and enjoyable! This is our first house, and ***** was so knowledgeable. He really helped us feel fully protected. We would suggest him and ADT to everyone we know

  DO NOT Use Secure 24 as an Authorized ADT Dealer ***** Scam Alert Im sharing this to warn othersDO NOT use Secure 24 for your home security needs. They claim to be an ***-authorized dealer, but my experience was nothing short of a scam.I initially spoke with a friendly sales *** over the phone who offered a great package deal. However, what actually happened was the opposite. The installer, *****, came to my home and assured me he would install hardwired cameras onlyno solar, no plug-ins. I made that very clear.Due to work, I had to leave and trusted him to continue while my 17-year-old son was home. Instead of what was agreed upon, he plugged in everything, installed shock sensors with incorrect location labels, and pressured my son into signing a $3,000 credit card slipafter telling me the total would only be $1,200.Since then, theyve withdrawn over $2,000 from my credit card, and now theyre threatening to send me to collections unless I pay another $1,000.This is absolutely unethical. Ive contacted my lawyer and plan to escalate this with ADT corporate to have Secure 24 removed from their dealer network.Please be careful. This company is not trustworthy.
