            I joined 9Rounds in April of 2019 during a promotion they were having. My contract was a 12 month contract and ended in 2020. I went to cancel my membership before it went into month to month and the price goes up. I signed the paperwork in person and was told it was done. The account my membership payment was coming out of is a revolving account that we don't check often because all of the money is directly deposited from our paychecks and all of the same bills come out each month. To our surprise on September 30th of this year we discovered that 9Round had been taking 163$ a month out since June 2020! I called and spoke to someone and they were able to see where I cancelled last year and told me it would be fixed and my money refunded. After that I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone nor would anyone return my calls. The owner finally emailed me over a week later and literally told me that it's pointless to file a claim in court because he's bankrupt! Email enclosed from owner.

            This is a terrible place. I went in in May of 2021 and filled and decided to try for a 3 month membership. I went one month and then needed a surgery (not because of working out). Then my dad became sick and I went to Florida until right now (April 2022). Because I never filled out cancelation paperwork, they will not give me my money back or do anything for me. I paid this business over $100/month and never knew I needed to cancel in writing. They won't even do anything for extenuating circumstances. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
