"People Please listen to me Michael Kors has the worst customer service on the planet I purchased 2 of the same Bags by mistake soon as I realized it I contacted thier customer service waiting on the phone about 45 minutes before I could talk to a representative the order said processing it wasn't shipped yet she told me she couldn't cancel the order you only have 10 minutes after you place the order to cancel they don't have that on thier website anywhere letting customer know she say I have to wait until I get the order then return it so Beware I will not spend anymore of my money at Michael kors believe that and I am going to return both Bags back and get my money back"
