    This is absolutely not someone ANYONE should do business with. Upon initial contact, they were extremely pushy, but managed to find someone more professional to speak with me. Upon last contact as of today, the employee on the phone talked over me, was even more unprofessional and verified my initial suspicions about this company. Scammy

    ***************** is a patient and generous young man. If I could take him out to lunch I would! Soups on me! He helped me get the policy that fit me best and was timely with me as I took the time to break down each part mentally. Id do it again

    Great company and customer care department. I called in with a question regarding one of my payments for my policy and a customer care representative named ****** answered way quicker than I expected and resolved my issue fast.     Company operates in bad faith right out of the gate by sending fake time sensitive final notice that vehicle coverage is expiring stating that "our records indicate you have not contacted us to get your coverage up to date" this is a misleading but true statement as I have never had any contact with this company nor will I ever. Do not use a company that would use false panic causing methods to fool potential customers. A company that would use this tactic will most likely have predatory contracts as well.

    Review based solely on marketing scam. I received a letter in the mail titled "Motor Vehicle Notification" with a customer ID and the make/model of a vehicle I recently purchased. The letter also stated, "FINAL NOTICE - CALL # WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS" and "In order to guarantee its continued safe operation, CALL NOW #". Small writing at the bottom of the letter indicated that this was an independent marketing vehicle service contract. Fortunately, I understand this is a company trying to obtain my business via quick action & scare tactics. Disgusting marketing... company should be ashamed. I would also like to understand how they obtained my information.

    Very well informed company, broke down how this coverage actually works. Didn't know after the manufactures warranty was over all coverages are taken care of through an administrator. Found out the coverage my dealership sold me was not even from them!!! Also explained how this is flat rate coverage so it should never be put into a loan.
