      My customer service agent was *************************. I can say one thing for sure, and that is she a great and polite person. She was totally able to answer all of my questions about our upcoming trip to Branson Mo.. She confirmed our lodging reservations and was able to make show tickets reservation for the shows, dates and times we desired. I would recommend ****** to anyone wanting reservations. Thank You Very Much *************************.**********************************

      To say ************************* was amazing would be an understatement. She has been nothing but kind, encouraging, patient- and dare I say FUN- planning this surprise Bucket List for me and my husband. We have had so many unforeseen obstacles since I first purchased the trip- everything from serious personal medical issues, loss of a parent, unplanned estate sale/uprooting the surviving parent from ****** to ****... Career change, kid milestones (and expenses) with college and getting their adult feet wet... Honestly- I could go on and on. Never did she seem confused, burdened, or judgemental about every date change. She was also amazing at helping me plan an itinerary that checks all I wanted to do while in the area at an affordable price. This woman is so kind... so knowlegeable... so helpful... I cannot say enough about how positive this experience has been already because of her. She knows the area, she listens to her customers, and she is so easy to reach and responsive to emails and voicemails. **************** (and simple kindness) like this is unheard of in 2024. I'm so grateful that ******, like Branson, values and shows these old-school values. I wish I were in a position financially to show her my gratitude with a beautiful bunch of flowers or generous gift card so she could enjoy a meal on me. But this retired teacher will have to just hope these sincere words will suffice until I win the lottery.
