      On June 19th, 2023, I bought a H3333383733**38323432H package. Unfortunately, due to our senior citizen status and recent medical issues, we have not been able to utilize the package. I paid $34 a few months ago to extend the time to be able to use it, however, I don&#**;t foresee that we will be able to take advantage of it.

      An agent from the company called me and was very pushy of the services they were offering. The contact numbers that were given to me were incorrect and after calling 10 different numbers, I was finally able to get a hold of someone. I let them know that they charged my account without permission and they said, "yes we already have your money". I had informed them when I gave my payment info to them that I would first need to talk with my husband before they charge my account. This situation has been frustrating, and I would like the $179 they charged me back.

      09/23/2024 Was charged on two new credit cards totalling $20799 , at 30% interest each . We believed we signed for a bank loan with 15% interest or less according to ****** ******** as he ran our credit application that does not say credit card anywhere. When we got home in the mail was two credit card bills with $10399 or each bill totalling $20799. Falsely lead to the purchase of this timeshare. ****** ******** ended up being out contact person and she stated that it was a third party porchase and we are stuck with it , But for $1750 we can pay to get rid of it but we still have to pay the 2 credit cards that they opened up and placed the purchase on against our knowledge.We are requsting for Nantucket Lifetime Destination to refund the two credit cards and to take back the Timeshare at no extra cost. We were never told that the trade of our ************* would cost us as part of the trade by another company they perform this trade in.       I was told that I could cancel and be refunded at any time by the original person I spoke with. After that part of the conversation they went to a recorded line. Now due to health issues beyond our control we are not able to travel. They refused to refund us any part of our money. Their solution is to extend it to a 3-year travel window which does not work with the current situation, This place is a scam. All it is is they are trying to pay for their fancy timeshare place that they want you to look at! They are rude. They do not communicate well. They lie!!!. This place should be put out of business!!

      I have tried and tried calling ***************************** at ************ about my myself,my wife has tried as well with no answer and no return phones,we purchased this package 11/8/22 and like the rest of the world we could not travel due to covid,now I am completely unable to travel due to a ruptured disc,I cannot go on any trips from this point on,I only am asking for a refund of our ****** this is not our fault,our health has stopped any and all vacations,I have tried and tried to get Branson Travel to understand our situation,but they will not even return our calls!!

      This company uses multiple numbers from various area codes to make solicitation calls. Since January 19, 2024, I have received 64 calls from this company and/or their agents.

      I received a phone call from this company and I was charged $228.84. They were offering free tickets to shows and I am not sure what I was charged for if everything they offered was free. I am now having a difficult time getting a refund even though I called the following day.

      This business has been calling me several times per day, including weekends and outside of business hours. I have never contacted them, provided my personal information, or given them permission to contact me. I am on the national do not call registry. I have asked them no fewer than 3 times to remove me from their list, and they still insist on calling. Its starting to feel like harassment. I would avoid working with this business on either a professional level or as a customer.

      I don't even know how Branson Travel Group got my contact information. I have never reached out to them, I have only went online to request a travel guide which is NOT on the branson travel group website. This group has HARRASSED me with MULTIPLE phone calls. I have had to lie and say this isn't my * and have even requested to be placed on the do not call list and get told "I'll remove your information" yet they still call. They are also spoofing MS numbers to try to get you to answer. When the call comes through it is a MS * yet they're in **. I have at least 40+ numbers blocked from them. My next step will be filing a lawsuit for harassment if I receive one more call from them. I have all phone calls recorded where I have asked "please stop calling. Put me on the do not call list". Harassing people ain't gonna get ya nowhere. I'll also be letting everyone know to stay away from this group. They make me not even want to come to **!!!!

      I received a voice mail yesterday April 25th stating I "had them confused with branson travel OFFICE"...NO MAAM I don't have you confused with anyone. Your office has called me MORE than "four" times in one year. When I answer they say "BRANSON TRAVEL GROUP"......THANKS AND PLEASE NEVER CONTACT ME OR MY FAMILY AGAIN!!!!

      A week ago I bought a travel packet that cost me $178. I received a call today telling me that there were new terms. I was told that there would b a $29 change date fee, $300 cancelation fee, $99 if I cancel within 48 hours $69 to reschedule and a $29 travel protection. These terms were not agreed upon.

      The fees listed within the complaint are the cancellation and rebooking fees. These fees are listed within the confirmation letter as well as verbally explained during the process of setting the reservation.
