      ********************* was handling our trip confirmation call but he went much further and provided helpful tips and direction. Very personable gentleman and definitely appreciate how he handled getting ** squared away.One of the nicest hillbillys I've encountered to date. :)

      I have just finished my reservation. for Oct ***** and the phone customer service person was very courteous and helpful........I do have some concern about the hotel after seeing the reviews. I will follow up with a review after being assigned my hotel.
