    I have tried multiple times to get ahold of anyone at Branson.com to book my familys vacation. I have called them, emailed them, and filled out their contact form on their website no less than5 times over the three weeks, and they will not answer anything. Will never use them as they seem to think they have better things to do than their job of promoting their own city.

    Fantastic service! Both *** and ******** assisted our family of 8 with the planning of our entertainment. They suggested the most economical way to obtain tickets for 10 different shows. Very knowledgeable regarding package discounts. Our family have been using Branson.com for the last 4 trips to Branson. God bless America, our Troops, and First Responders.

    Stayed there from 09/25/22--09/29. The man at check in seemed a bit grumpy. The rest of the help just fantastic. Especially ******, he was very informative on Branson. He was always on the move helping with whatever was to be done. Kudos to ******. Rooms, hallways, entryways were **************. Checked out grumpy man said my receipt would be sent to me by some group called patriots something....I don't know. He needs some happy pills. I would stay here again.

    I booked a room through Branson.com and received a confirmation number, then the next day was told that my room was no longer available because the person that handles reservations was not present to book it through the motel because they were at a funeral, and do to staffing problems. Then said they would look for an available room for the same price but it would be very difficult because Garth Brooks was in town. I then decided to call and check the motel directly and they said they had available rooms and would book me now if I wanted, so I booked directly for the same price. Why bother using Branson.com to book a room? It caused a lot of worry and concern for nothing. I would not use them and I feel I was misled or lied to about this room because I got two different stories from the same person.

    We got a great package for the ***** production. The price was great, the people very accommodating and professional. One of the managers saved what could have been a horrible experience. We had been booked to a hotel that refuses ALL animals and we were told to leave because I had my support dog. I called Branson.com and they changed us to Gazebo Inn where we and my dog were warmly welcomed, even at the last minute.

    They were very helpful in every detail. Had 1 pretty big issue but *** had it cleared up immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
