              We took a vehicle here  a Ford Escape because of a service engine light issue.  They looked at the car and noticed 2 blown fuses and replaced them. Immediately after my son left the parking lot the light came back on.  I immediately called and they told to bring it back tomorrow for no charge. So I did and they replaced the fuses again.  However the service engine light came back on.  At this point they told us "we don't have time to deal with it you need to take it to the dealership." We took it to a dealership and had it repaired. I called to speak to the district manager **** ***** and I explained to him the situation and he said that the shop should not have told us they didnt have time to fix the car.  I explained to him that we shouldnt have to pay for the service we received since we ended up taking it to a dealership.  He agreed and told me he would call the next day.  I have not heard from him at all.

              Put the wrong Master Cylinder and other partson vehicle. I had taken it back several times for braking issues, Accelerating issues.. I eventually had to take it to the dealer when they explained to me that the reason my brakes were failing was due to wrong brake parts. My wife has tried to get our money back by visiting the shop and contacting the owner. No one has even reached out to do the right thing.
