    The personnel with Window Concepts worked in a professional manner and met my expectations by explaining their products, prices and purchasing options. Similarly, the installers arrived on time and completed the work within the expected timeframe.

    The salesman was incredibly helpful and personable. The scheduling team was communicative and gave updates. The installers were professional and even helped with some of the oddities in our older home door entries, like a gap to the basement in one of the doors and they cut some extra vinyl flooring we had and were able to take a few minutes and make it look like nothing was ever changed. Overall it was a good experience and left me not worrying about anything. The doors just work, look great, and we couldn't be happier.

    I had Window Concepts install new windows and doors at my last house and was so pleased when I got into my new house they were the 1st and only place I called they did another great job.

    The installation guy did a fantastic job, cleaned up inside and out,and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job taking out the old door being careful of the interior wood framing. Installed the new doors and framing within a short time. Through in making sure everything was secured and frame tightly sealed. I am very pleased with the entire job. Great experience from purchase to the installation. Also, to Windows Concept in following up with the customer. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
