            11/17/2023 I have a **** PT Cruiser GT color Red I had this tire shop affordable tire dismount and mount 4 new tires that I purchased from ******* they are directional snow tires the shop took off the old tires and replaced them with the new tires after I drove home and the next day I notice that 3 of the 4 tire tread was facing the wrong way I call affordable and spoke with the guy in charge he said to bring the car back in h*** fix it I brought it back he proceeded to take 1 of the tire off he could not get the tire off so he use a difference socket and pry bar he striped 2 lug nut and broke the third one off he said he didn't know why they were so tight I said you guys tighten the lugs with an impact wrench and didn't torque the lugs he said you have to come back next week I said will this damage my tires No he replied and I said that I have to drive to and from work my tires is showing excessive wear I dont trust their work it is unsafe -below standard F- for service

            Are suppose to be open until a certain time and they were closed early. Employees were getting ready to leave and said they were closed and if they work later they want a tip or they won't help you.? Must pay cash because they already closed the registers. My biggest thing was they still should have been open for another ***** minutes. Well, I paid the premium I was forced to due to the circumstances I was in. I wonder if the boss knows what they are doing or if he doesn't care.
