**Warranty.** Prime Hues Painting LLC warrants the painting of interior and exterior painted surfaces for a period of three (2) years, per the specific contracted scope of work, and will repair newly painted areas if peeling, blistering, flaking, or coating separation occurs.
**Damage of Property.** Prime Hues Painting LLC (Painter) must protect and be responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to Property which results from or is caused by willful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions or from the failure on the part of Painter to maintain and administer that Property in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Prime Hues Painting LLC agrees to be liable for any injury or damage, occuring through or caused by any repairs, alterations, injury, accident, or any other cause to the Property, to any furniture, fixtures, floors, or other personal property of the home owner kept or stored in the premises.
