  In January 2025 I purchased the life time warranty for my Inogen 5 from Main Clinic Supply. They have did everything they said they would. I had them send Air columns and replaced them. 6 months later was having issues again, They had me send it to them. They did a full service on it. It is totally like a new unit. They had it for 2 days and overnight shipped back to be. All covered by my warranty. I only had to pay to ship it to them. I highly recommend them. Ricky ****** handled everything for me and made it easy peasy. I would give them ten stars if I could. Great job by a great team.

  They will sell you stuff and then buy it back at 10%. Don't really know anything about us folks dependent on oxygen. Just getting that almighty dollar on dying people!

  I have had a great experience dealing with Leo in sales. He patiently answered all of my questions and assured me their company only sold genuine Inogen machines. I checked on the official Inogen website (as instructed by Leo) and they are listed as Authorized Inogen Resellers. I was able to take advantage of their incredible spring sale on the Inogen Rove 6 and he kept in constant contact with me by text, phone and email. He quickly sent me quotes based on our conversations and explained the benefits of their 5 year extended warranty. It was expensive but well worth the price I think.
  He kept me informed at every step in the process and called to tell me when my order was completed and shipped and I received it by Fed Ex the following day. I unpacked the box and charged up the battery and am good to go. I was pleased there was a certificate of authenticity in the box and also a little complementary oximeter with batteries. Everything in the box is well packed and it comes with a manual, charger, a battery and a case.
  I highly recommend this company and Leo's professionalism, knowledge and manner. He was a delight to deal with."

  What a wonderful company to work with. I just bought a Rove 6 with the help of Ashley. She is jewel. Knows her job, has the patience of Job, a delight to talk to, and I could go on for ever about what a great Customer Rep she is.   I can't say enough about my positive experience with Main Clinic Supply. The person I worked with, Ashley **********, was stellar. Her knowledge, patience and assistance struck every right chord. Couldn't be happier. The product, oxygen concentrator, is life changing for our family. Compact and quiet. Highly recommend this company.

  Leo was knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. The experience was very positive especially since I was able to trade in my older equipment for credit. In fact, today I talked with a lady in Arizona who, as a result of my purchase experience, was going to call Main Clinic Supply to inquire about equipment.

  We received excellent response when we had the need for a portable oxygen concentrator. Ricky was very informative, helpful, courteous and so kind and reassuring in the whole process! Got the equipment to us in less than 24 hours. Explained the warranty and service process and we were quite comfortable with the whole process and the equipment we were purchasing. The company and Ricky were recommended by a relative who have a longstanding relationship with Main Clinic Supply and with their salesperson Ricky and they came through for us also. We thank them and recommend them wholeheartedly!
