- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused products for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of the product's delivery date. Some of our products are offered with free shipping please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Most items are subject to a 5 to 15% restocking fee. Items that have smoke odor cannot be returned. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before shipping any products as a return back to us. (see below).
How to Return an Item
Submit a return by email to us at [email protected] or call us at 507-529-4020. We will provide you with return instructions, including the proper return address. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed. The RMA number must be requested within 21 days of purchase and the returned item should be received by us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. Return items with an RMA# included must be received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this time, these items are not eligible for a refund. When packing returned items be sure to pack completely in their original packaging, including all manuals and other related documentation. Main Clinic Supply is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please ensure when shipping items back you ship with a delivery confirmation number that you retain to verify our receipt of the returned item. If shipping via US Mail you must request a delivery confirmation number with your shipment. - Business Categories
