    I visit the Kalla Lily ********************** at the Maple Grove location. I schedule appointments 5 weeks apart, and started with scheduling 2 future ***************** weeks out and 10 weeks out respectively. Now, after each appointment, I schedule another appointment for 10 weeks out since I already have one scheduled for 5 weeks out.I am consistently having issues with the managers. They are rude, condescending, and unethical. They refused to give out the owner's contact information to file a complaint.I had scheduled a massage for May 11 at 6:00pm. I had a choice of 2 massage therapists when I scheduled it on April 30. I picked ***. When I arrived at the appointment, I was told that my therapist was ***. When I called the ********************** the following Monday, I asked why I had been switched. I was told that the therapist does not use the name ***, only ********, and she had no availability, so I was wrong.I received a reminder phone call confirming my appointment time for 2:45pm on Sept 17. The appt was scheduled for 3:15. I told the manager this. She lied and said it was 2:45 and if it didn't work then I needed to reschedule. I went in on the earlier time to protect the stylist from any backlash. I came in for my October 22 appt and the stylist checked the November calendar. My November appointment that I had scheduled on Sept 17 had been removed entirely from the schedule. When I scheduled that appointment, I had requested an appt card which proved that I had scheduled it.Kalla **** needs to be held accountable for these unethical business practices. In addition, managers should be coached on acceptable behavior when working with customers. If they can't be respectful and honest, they should be terminated.The owner needs to be aware that I will tell everyone that I know about my poor customer experiences.
