On May 31, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business failed to ensure that their registered unlicensed plumbers were supervised by a licensed plumber while performing plumbing work in Minnesota, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.47, subd. 1 (b) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that all registered unlicensed plumbers only perform plumbing work in Minnesota while under the direct supervision of a licensed journeyworker or master plumber who are official employees of the business. The monetary penalty of $2500.00 is stayed on the condition that the business fully complies with the terms of the Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or Order under DLI authority. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
