This company is the worst! I have been living in one of their properties in ********* for less than a year. We've had two property managers and the first one told me that people keep leaving the job because the company doesn't let them get anything done, they have to approve work and they refuse to do it. Which is very apparent in the matter that I have not had hot water in my apartment for over a month. *****, the property manager, keeps telling the building that they're getting plumber after plumber to try and fix the issue when this issue should have been resolved already if they weren't trying to cut corners and cheap out. There is also the issue of cars getting broken into frequently. My car was broken into almost immediately after I moved in and since then, upwards of 10 cars have been broken into. They won't pay for extra cameras or security so I feel unsafe as well as my belongings aren't safe. This company is the worst and do not live in any of their properties.

Unprofessional rude property manager. Cancels meetings for recertification of lease. I find a new place after they flaked out for the for the fifth time on recertification paperwork. I move in on 4/1/24. The problem is the lease expires on 2/29/24. After I served the property manager my required sixty day intent to vacate notice, she hits me with the well your lease is up 2/29/24 and we wont do a month to month while you wait for your new apartment to become available. When I moved in several property manager changes ago, I was verbally told that recertification and switching to month to month if needed is not a problem and easy to arrange. These people are slum lords who abuse tenants and put unprofessional managers in charge who dont even do their jobs correctly or in a timely fashion. Emails and phone calls go ignored until it suits them to give you some bad news. The only way to get their attention is to march to the office in person but there they just give you the cold shoulder and refuse to work with you.

***************************** has beautiful apartments but I believe they are engaging in unfair business practices. For example, most things listed on the website is not offered to the tenants, i.e. finished apartments, gym and different rent charges from month to month. I have contacted the ********** of ************ Trade and Consumer Protection for the fluctuating rent charges and have a letter of Non-Compliance from their ********** but no response from CWC or it's property manager.I have attempted to solve a host of issues with the property manager to no avail. This is the same Property CWC, that the ***************** ordered immediate evacuation of entire East side tenants (94 families/tenants) because of contamination of the soil. Residents were not supposed to move in until the City inspections were completed but CWC moved residents in despite the procedures. Twenty one of those families recently settled for twenty-five thousand dollars a piece in a class action lawsuit.I have been moved to another apartment within the complex because of a generator or pump running 24 hours a day causing a noise nuisance in my original apartment.I sent a letter today to the owners, the Roers brothers hoping to get my apartment finished after almost a year. The property manager hasn't been to much help. For example, it took her 3 or more months to put up blinds (comes with the apartment) in the 10 foot windows, exposing me and my apartment to anyone who walks by. I have a list of about 20 concerns but I've yet to have the apartment finished or corrected. The property manager is so unprofessional and no longer speaks with me. I don't know what to do at this point.
