  The Level 10 Property (s) have been under new ownership for approximately 3 months. I live at ********* Apartments, and I can honestly say that the new ownership has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to improvements, exceeding any I have witnessed previously.

  I have been a vendor for Level 10 Management since their merger with **********************,whom I have done work for almost 20 years. I currently do work for multiple management companies and have done work for many more over the years. Level 10 has consistantly been the one of the best, if not the best company to do work for. They are organized, pay very quickly and most important, they treat their vendors as an asset. In this business you can work for companies that take 2-3 months to pay an invoice and treat you like an adversary instead of an asset. So it's great to have a company like Level 10 to provide service for.

  As a vendor who has worked with level 10 for many years I would highly recommend them. They are easy to communicate and do business with, they pay their bills on time. They have been consistent with support before, during and after jobs to keep things running smooth for both the vendors and residents. I admire their continued desire to constantly make improvements.

  The *****************. What a pice of c*** property along with management. Its not really Level 10s fault that they took on a property that is so poorly managed. But here we are and you are teying to take money from me again.Not only were the SECURITY DOORS NOT working half the time but the cabinets in my kitchen fell off the walls. It took them 2 months to fix them correctly. Not once but twice. The ceiling outside my door collapsed and it took the a week to fix. The kids played in the pool unsupervised several times. And on the wonderful April 1st snow fall they didn't have anyone come out to plow the drive. Normally the plow trucks hardly showed up when it snowed at night.They want to charge me after they have already kept my deposit. And now they have put the amount on my credit.The ***************** are really are not woth renting from. They wanted me to pay **** for a 2 bed 2 bath. No ammenities like SECURITY DOORS THAT WORK or maybe an indoor workout room, or under car garage. I had to pay for garbage an extra 10 dollars and 75 for my garage.They are a rip off for what you get and they said it was because of my apartment being remodeled. What ever. I have documentation of all of this and this company won't acknowledge their fault. I will be posting this on the better business site as well.I left because my safety was at risk because YOUR COMPANY did NOTHING TO MAKE IT SECURE!
