    The issues continue to occur as they never are resolved. I was granted access to an additional garage and then a year later charged a year of back pay and had the garage taken. There are bed bugs and cockroaches and mice all over the building. Broken glass litters the floor. They pay this nice elderly woman to do ALL of the cleaning for the property and it is not enough to keep up with the disgusting conditions. No effort is make to evict the people causing the issues because they are just concerned with getting their money. Gaping holes in the walls and stains in hallways. No one should have to live like this and especially not pay for it. They tried to raise rent above the 3% cap and were denied- so now they are charging for all utilities. I have over a years worth of documentation showing the bugs and the welts that I have developed all over my body because of them and the broken glass I have had to remove from my foot.

    I applied for an apartment with this management company. They ask for a "pre lease deposit". I withdrew my application through a phone call at 12:17pm they sent me an email at 12:32pm telling me I was approved and because I was approved for the apartment they are revising to refund the $950
