      I havent used this app in years and I have been getting charged $10/M even if I have never subscribed!! Please refund me fully for all charges since I stopped using the app asap or else I will take action on this. I stopped using the app on May 1 2022!! +The customer service isnt answering my emails or texts in live chat! What a mess!

      I have never seen a large company boldly lie to a customer like Bite Squad does.All the ** on the computer screen showing order received, prepared, picture of a driver, out for delivery, and delivered .... all for an order the restaurant rejected. This happened twice, I deleted the app after the 2nd occurrence.I cannot compose the words to adequately describe my contempt for the ************************ If you use this service, you'll be sorry eventually.

      0 stars-Worse customer service ever. Ordered, paid the service fee and tipped the driver only to never get my food. Said it was delivered and it actually was still sitting at the restaurant and had been for quite a while. After many calls I drove to the restaurant and picked up it up myself. Hot food now cold. Paid their service fee and tipped a driver who never showed up. Can never get ahold of a person who gives a . Paid almost 70 dollars for cold hot food. How they are still in business is beyond me.

      0 stars, bite squad took my money, delivered the food to the wrong address then said that they couldn't return my money cause I used a guest account, they offered a $10 discount on my next order of $25 or more, my order cost $50. ************ do not ever order through bite sqad

      Absolutely disgustingly terrible! I placed the first order for the restaurant at 11:30am and it was set to arrive by 12:09pm. It doesn't get here and I get a text from the driver that the restaurant does not have my order. So, I contact support, they issue a credit so I can reorder. I reorder the food at 12:25pm and contact support to have them verify that the restaurant has in fact received my order. They said the restaurant has verified my order, I even took a screen shot of that chat just in case. Then it said it was going to be here at 12:53pm. Did not arrive and I continue to contact support every 10 to 20 minutes. The last support, ****, I contacted and he said the driver was at the restaurant to pick up my order, this was 1:44pm. I wait till 2:05pm and get back on the app and see that it says my order was delivered. Well, the order has not been delivered so I get on the live chat for support again and talk to someone who says the delivery was canceled. Well, I did not cancel the delivery so who the h*** canceled my order? Was it ****, because he thought I was a bit rude because I have been trying to get this food for my child and myself since 11:25am? Because I know I did not cancel the order and I even asked the person I was chatting with, why it was canceled when at 1:44pm I was told the driver was there? I could not get an answer as to what happened. So, the person I was chatting to issued a refund. Which will now take like 5 business days to receive. I have deleted the app and will never use Bite Squad again and now I have to go deal with a very upset child because someone who works there decided to cancel my order without my consent.

      Ordered a meal, the driver never delivered. I spoke to 5 different customer service reps trying to tell them no one delivered or called. They gave me the same blurb that its my fault as I didnt answer the drivers supposed calls and I dont get a refund and close the chat. I am completely shocked at the dishonesty and customer service of this company

      Absolutely DO NOT use this app. *** kept giving them more chances because they offered a refund plus a $15 credit for my next order but Im just done. I gave VERY SPECIFIC delivery instructions and the drivers reports leaving the food at the door to the building when its 20 degrees outside and people are constantly just walking by. I really do hope that a hungry, homeless person is enjoying my $50+ meal, and after I get my refund, Im deleting this app for good. Lazy lazy lazy drivers and its making this service and the restaurants that use them, look very very bad. Save yourself the headache. Dont download this app.

      Refuse to cancel free subscriptions before auto renewal date or remove credit card information from my account after redesigning their app to make these things impossible outside the desktop site. Scam if I've ever seen one.

      Worst company in history they need to be investigated and shut down they refuse to me my money for missing food and long made food the delivery guy dropped off my food took it out the trunk when I got the food it smelled like cigarettes I'm allergic to cigarettes so I put in the complaint they cut me off on the agent line and they refuse to give my refund I'm thinking about pursuing them

      I would never order from this place again so this is the second time they have delayed my order over and hour or two... I reach out to customers services they tell me they give me a $5 credit? If I dont plan on ordering from you anymore how does the credit help.. Well she than tells me the good thing is your order has been picked up than ended th e conversation very unprofessional.. only reason they get a star cause I have to leave one.
