    we are selling to amazon, ************* and other online platform for a long time and one company want us to use sps to convert our listing to upload our products to do business with them so we contacted sps and we were told that we will be given 3 months free trial and cancel anytime within that period to not get charge anything as per my agent ******* and on the second month we cancel our subscription with sps and now am getting collection letter stating i need to pay, if this is how they do business with their potential client then maybe they should not be in business, or maybe they are in the business of cheating customers.

    I WAS TOLD BY MY AGENT NO RISK ***** DON'T WORRY WHEN I AM SIGNING UP AND EVEN SIGNING THE CONTRACT I EVEN ASK HER IF I CAN CANCEL WITHIN THE ***** PERIOD AND I WAS TOLD YES AND DON'T WORRY JUST SIGN THE CONTRACT, WELL IF THIS IS THE WAY YOUR CUSTOMER WILL BE TREATED BEFORE OR WHILE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM I WILL JUST TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND LET EVERYONE I KNOW HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMER VALUEING MONEY OVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OVER FINE PRINT THAT WAS NOT DISCLOSE WHILE SIGNING UP. I REALLY HOPE A LOT OF PEOPLE/BUSINESSES SEE THIS AND STAY AWAY FROM YOUR COMPANY TO LESSEN THE BURDEN, STRESS AND LOOSING MONEY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY.

    Stay away! stay away from this company! They are a Rip-off! We paid them 6 month before we were able to use the **** After the system was setup we still had continue problems. Some were fixed and some were not. We had issue with them trying to bill us for more documents then what was processed through there system. Still having issues with there system sending duplicate document to our customer and they have no fix for that. Now that we cancel our account they want us to pay another 5 month for a service we do not need or will use.

    Terrible customer service, terrible management. I am trying to get my account set up and my trading partners ready to receive POs but my implementation specialist wont return call or emails and neither will her manager. I have used other EDI companies that are less complex and take better care of their customers.
