    They are terrible. They changed my cancellation date, and now I am stuck with them for another year. You start off with a base rate and get charged for every single thing. I signed up for my plan to cost $178, and now it's up to $580 for something that I honestly use maybe 3 times a year. I would NEVER recommend them. Their customer service is terrible. I am following up with my lawyer to see how I can have my account canceled.

    To echo another reviewer here, I never ever leave bad reviews. I understand the impact that leaving a scathing/negative review can leave on a business and how that impacts the well being of said company. But, SPS Commerce is that horrendous of a company. This has to be shared to know how bad they are as a business. I have had the absolute worst experience with them and their team. We had a "four to six week lead time" for an integration project for our business that was canceled after two full years. We lost the customer because of their inability to deliver. I spent countless hours on escalation calls with them. I sent countless emails asking for progress updates. Every time we finally got a response were told "we hear you, we apologize, we will get this done." Then zero action is taken. This was done countless times. I cannot emphasize enough how ineffective, inconsiderate, and non communicative they are. After we lost the project and partner above, SPS wouldn't even respond to emails on project status or offer credit for invoices. When escalated to their Directors, flippant responses were given about how it wasn't their fault and nothing would be done to rectify it. Please seek out other avenues for your business. We have found other EDI solutions and will be moving all projects over in 2024.I would never wish our experience on another business unit. It is imperative to seek out another solution prior to signing your contract. My only hope is that another business sees this, and is able to find another EDI partner and find success. Horrible company in every single way possible.

    SPS Commerce does not know the meaning of customer service. They are truly horrendous. They do not return calls or emails. Simple issues take weeks to resolve.

    I don't leave reviews, let alone negative reviews, but this company is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They tie you into lengthy contracts! That should be enough to warn you about their products/services. If they had something that businesses actually valued, they wouldn't need to tie you into contracts. Their system is garbage like others have said. Their sales reps/account reps are unkowledgable and their internal billing department simply ignores emails. I wouldn't pay $20/month for this ****, let alone $500+ for a few electronic exchanges each month. Terrible. Absolutely terrible company.SPS, please don't reply with your generic BS "thank you for sharing your feedback" c*** If you actually cared, you'd reply to emails and have a customer service phone number.

    This software is absolute garbage. It is clunky and slow. **************** is absolutely terrible. I was avoid them at all costs. RUN don't walk away from this company.

    It would be easier to stomach paying for terrible service if it wasn't so expensive and feel like highway robbery. This company has relationships with so many big stores that it might as well be a monopoly. And they certainly have the attitude of take it or leave it. The sales reps will be very helpful until the contract is signed. Then you are lucky to have contact with anyone when issues start to arise. The transaction count on the billing statements never actually match with the real numbers, which is another concern. I'm on the verge of suing them if this persists for any longer.

    SPS is an awful company. They have the worst communication. They don't answer emails or phone calls. They get you into a contract and then just provide the worst service ever and then charge you for awful service. It literally took them weeks at a time to answer basic questions. 3 WEEKS to be exact. What business takes 3 weeks to respond? When you confront them about it they say it is your fault. Ignore their response to these posts. Let their overall review speak for itself. 1.2 stars out of 5 LOL!! HORRIBLE company.

    Would give zero stars if allowed. RUN AWAY! Absolutely do NOT do business with this unethical company. I have never been more deceived and disrespected by any other business entitiy. I do not think Tech Support has admitted ownership of one of the many programming errors I experienced. The finger has continuously been pointed back at my processes and set up. I have spent countless hours proving again and again to one new tech after another that the errors rests solely within the coding of SPS. Many of these errors resulted in noncompliance fines from trading partners. Getting an appology from SPS was unheard of let alone any type reimbursement or compensation. Contract Compliance does not honor agreements made by SPS sales representatives or dates of coverages listed on SPS invoices.
