  We are an Oil and Gas Off-Shore Engineering and Development Company located in Houston, TX and have used Quality Auditing since 2019 to maintain our ISO 9001:2015 certification. Quality Auditing has always gone above and beyond in their scheduling, assistance, reporting, and accommodating our company’s needs to better our QMS. The auditor was extremely helpful in providing us with guidance on how to accomplish tasks to streamline our processes regarding the QMS. The coordinator has been invaluable in assisting us in many ways regarding our audit scheduling, expediting reporting to satisfy our truncated timelines, and has been an overall pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Quality Auditing!

  We are an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company and have been utilizing Quality Auditing's services since 2011. We initially had them perform internal audits for us and over the last few years, they performed Internal Auditor training for us. Both training sessions were exceptional! The Instructors were very knowledgeable of the standards and our team was pleased with the experience. We are happy with the quality of service received and the Coordinator was very responsive and supportive throughout the process.

  With staff shortages at our facility, we were left with no trained internal auditors. Quality auditing really came through for us in this time of need. Exceeding my expectations. Auditor was knowledgeable and professional. Feedback that we received was valuable to our team. They have done all our internal audits for the past 2 years. Very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

  We are a stocking distributor of high-quality electronic components. This was our first year working with Quality Auditing and our ISO 9001:2015 internal audit went great! We received a lot of immediate feedback from our auditor and he was very insightful. Our Client Service Coordinator responded in a timely manner and was very communicative.

  Our company is a leading manufacturer of air filtration solutions for agricultural, automotive, recreational and healthcare applications. When our longtime ISO 14001 Internal Auditor retired, I didn't hesitate to contact Quality Auditing. I had worked with them one time in the past (an Environmental Certification Audit via Skype). Quality Auditing was fantastic - from the pre-audit communications, the audit itself, and the post-audit communication and feedback; it was truly a top-notch process. I would also like to point out that the Client Service Coordinator was fantastic to work with as well. She quickly and easily answered any and all questions that came up. The actual auditor that came to our facility was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional yet fun to work with. I look forward to working with Quality Auditing in the future and I would highly recommend them for any auditing needs.

  We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and reached out to Quality Auditing to ensure our Internal Audits were completed each year. The internal audit services are great as well as price for the company. We have used them twice so far and so have our other facilities. The audit Coordinator did an excellent job setting up the audit. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. There were no surprises and the communication via email is very responsive and quick, which is great. Our auditor was very experienced and shared a lot of his experiences during the audit. Overall, he's very knowledgeable and was a man of his words where he really just wanted us to improve. His expertise and understanding will help us move in the right direction and he made the experience truly special.

  We are an injection molder, manufacturer, and global supplier of technically advanced functional parts and assemblies. Our company has used Quality Auditing for the five years for our ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and AS9100D internal audits. This year's auditor was knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a great experience overall, and I learned a lot! I am grateful for her assistance. The coordinator was great as well, she was attentive and easy to communicate with. We enjoy working with Quality Auditing and are looking forward to our next opportunity with them!
