She listens to our needs and identifies the appropriate auditors. Our experience with the auditors has been very good, not only do they conduct audits they provide insight into why and how certain aspects are looked at.       I started working with Quality Auditing in 2020 when my previous internal auditing company went dark just prior to my audit. They worked a short notice miracle and helped me get the audit done on time. I've worked with them every year since then and their services have consistently been exceptional. The auditor is always thorough and when gaps are found he is open to discussion and education. The coordinator is consistently prompt and professional. She provides timely reminders in advance of an audit and communicates expectations effectively.

      I have worked with numerous auditors from a variety of organizations, and I find that Quality Auditing is an excellent partner in maintaining the effectiveness of our QMS.       We were pleased with the auditor's approach and insights. He understood the importance of the primary objectives, to be able to show compliance with requirements. He didn't get hung up on minor details. We also like that ** has good availability and a local pool of auditors.
