  I first learned about Quality Auditing during the American Society for Quality's Audit-Division Conference, and I am so glad I did!
  Quality Auding, as an organization is deeply engaged in the auditing profession, excelling not only in the training of their auditors but also in their professionalism and the quality of the reports and services they provide. I have received not only excellent reports but also valuable feedback from the auditors regarding specific situations at the auditee sites and organizations. This feedback has made our auditing program more robust and streamlined our processes. We work with various types of suppliers, and the auditors have consistently demonstrated professionalism across all areas and industries.

  We had a large customer request a quality audit and did not have a well documented QMS. After contacting Quality Auditing and asking a ton of questions, they help us build a program that would ensure the best outcome for the audit without a full ISO 9001 certification. The auditor was very knowledgeable, professional and help us put together a QMS, based on ISO standards that met all our needs. Our customer audit was a success and they were impressed with our procedures and our QMS. I would highly recommend Quality Auditing to any one needing help with their QMS. When we are ready to get our ISO certification we will be reaching back out to them!

  The scheduling, documentation, and conduct are very organized and all team members have been very responsive. The auditor was impressively knowledgeable with very strong recall which indicates to me she regularly works within the governed standards and it lends itself nicely to auditing. She also really didn't let up despite a lot of findings and OFI's being discovered and I also really appreciated that to help provide a very illuminating final report.

  Our company uses Quality Auditing to perform our company's ISO 13485/21CFR internal audits. As a medical device manufacturer, it is very important to us to have a thorough and accurate audit, and I was extremely pleased how the auditor's understanding of the industry standards and regulations, particularly those related to ISO1348, was evident in every aspect of the audit. The report was comprehensive and has greatly contributed to our continued adherence to these standards. The auditor provided a collaborative and positive atmosphere throughout the audit, which made the process insightful and educational for everyone involved.   4 years ago, I was hired to manage the QMS for a large medical device manufacturing company. That year, I hired Quality Auditing LLC to conduct an internal audit of my company’s QMS to establish a baseline for the gaps in our QMS. Their auditor identified 33 observations, including 17 NCs. I had my work cut out for me… I spent the next year fixing these identified problems and closing the gaps in our QMS.
  The next year, we hired Quality Auditing LLC again to conduct another internal audit. That year, they made only 6 observations, including 2 NCs. Over those two years, I had now worked with two different auditors on the Quality Auditing LLC team and I had learned so much from them. They came with years of industry experience and they provided a lot of masterful advice and insight.
  It was clear that everything I had learned from these auditors really sank in, because when we hired Quality Auditing LLC in my third year, I delivered the first clean internal audit in my company’s history. Not only was my company proud of these exceptional results, but I was proud of my personal and professional growth having worked and learned from Quality Auditing LLC.
  A few weeks ago, my company received notice of a surprise audit by the FDA, but in the face of this audit, I felt prepared and ready. That week, I delivered the first 100% clean FDA audit in my company’s history. The success of this audit can absolutely be attributed to working with and learning from the Quality Auditing LLC team over these past few years. It’s clear that the road to achieving world-class quality can take significant time and effort, and I am incredibly grateful to the Quality Auditing LLC team for helping to carve the path for us along the way.

  Our internal audit was very smooth and the auditor was great. He was very detail oriented, thorough, and helpful. We left with concrete items identified for us to continue improving. The coordinator was also quick to get us on the schedule with short notice and provided us with a great auditor.
