    VERY DISAPPOINTED. They get 3 stars because they did a good job with the trees.
    Tree removal was adequate. The removed the requested trees and trimmed as appropriate. However, their communication was absolutely ABYSMAL. We were told at the end of July that they were scheduling two weeks out. The week of September 15th (6 weeks later) they finally responded to the multiple emails as said they would be coming the following week. They didn’t come. We called on September 29th asking if they were coming that week and got no response, but then they showed up on October 1st to do the work. THEN they waited a week to invoice us but marked it OVERDUE indicating that it was supposed to be paid back in JULY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS HANDLING.

    Hello ******** We understand your response and appreciate your input. We have had a lot of things going on this year with losing an employee and their spouse. It's been a difficult season for us and also we have grown and started another crew. I personally have had a few things going on as well personally and I have definitely struggled with a few things.     Amazing job by all!! I needed 3 dead Ash trees removed and these guys did a fantastic job. The price was extremely reasonable. I was so impressed with the cleanup. My yard looked amazing when they were done. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! Thank you!! Amazing job!!

    So glad that I picked this company to remove three large spruce trees from my property. They gave me a quote which was lower than other companies. I approved the quote. The work was complete the next day, and the site cleaned up better than I had hoped for. I would recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

    This company came and cut two large trees down for me
    I went with them as they were on Angie’s list
    But after they cut the trees down they piled all the stumps and branches in my front yard and also in the street and blocking mailboxes
    As of today day 3 all that stuff is in my yard and street
    I have sent 3 emails as to when this is going to be picked up and no response from anyone
    No one will come and remove all the debris or even get back with me
    So disappointed and also I am a senior and can not do anything with this debris
    Very bad service and communication from this company

    EXCELLENT! You will be very pleased with their knowledge and expertise! We had a lot of winter tree damage to our evergreens, Reach Tree Service crew cleaned up the damage on both sides of our property! Hauled and cleaned throughly all the branches plus cut down a few trees! Provided us with information to care for the trees to help with any shock to the trees! A big thank you to Shawn and his crews!
