Reach Tree took down two chain link fences to remove our trees and removed those trees at the end of September. The crew left a note saying that the fences were left down for the ***** grinder who came a few days later. The stumps were then ground and we were billed on 10/2. I then texted ***** on 10/2, 10/10, and 10/20 stating that our fences were still down and asking when they were going to be set back up like they were before they were taken down. I got zero responses until 10/25. ***** apologized and informed me there had been a death in the company and that he would get the fences up the week of 10/27 to 10/31. That week passed and the fences were still down and I heard nothing from him. Then on 11/5 I received an email from ***** apologizing and citing the employees death again and stated he would try and get a truck out 11/6 or 11/7 to put up the fences. He offered me the alternative of setting up the fences myself and adjusting the bill if I would like to do that. I am not equipped to stretch the fences to put them back up properly. I responded on 11/5 that I would like him to send someone out to put up the fences. 11/6 and 11/7 passed and no one came out. I've heard nothing from ***** since 11/5. I then contacted him by text and by email on 11/12 stating that it had been over a month since the ***** grinding and billing and that my fences were STILL down. I've still heard nothing from *****. I shouldn't have to repeatedly beg for my fences to be put back up when they should have been put back up without me having to ask at all. At this point I feel like our invoice should be adjusted for lack of service. I just want them to finish the job and set my fences back up!

We talked with homeowner and resolved the fence issue the next day.  We had a death in the company and it was extremely difficult for us.  We did offer and give a discount and customer was happy.
